Circling both lakes, and stopping at the memorial garden, is a 2.2 miles walk which can be completed in less than an hour. You can circle only one lake for about a 1 mile walk, but I recommend taking the longer walk. The trail is wide, well maintained, with no elevation, and it is complemented with benches, pavilions, restrooms and playgrounds/ play area. The trails are full of cute little critters running around, and in this time of the year some of is it set for a Halloween themed “terror walk”. On a Saturday afternoon the area was surprisingly quiet and secluded. The Vietnam veteran memorial and the reflection island are cool additions to see.Playground: ExcellentRestrooms: Many

Great park with a decent walking path. The county spent so much so far on unnecessary long winding paths up to new pavilions whenever the original path has bricks that's are separating making the path uneven that could cause a trip hazard. This park needs to be better evaluated by county officials for much needed repairs.

Twin lakes has always been a fun place to go to on the weekends or after work. There are walking paths that go around each lake, and small trails that branch off into the woods. If you are looking for a relaxing experience in the evening, this is definitely the place to go. You can rent paddle boats on the lower lake, or rent a pavilion for a special occasion. There is also a small playground on the upper lake for the kids to play on.
