Our first visit to this particular True Value. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, neatly organized merchandise and a beautiful hard wood looking floor throughout the whole store. Most hardware stores don't look like this. The nice thing about a store like this vs the "big box" stores is the personal touch and attention. Mike assisted us with a couple items while shopping there, thanks Mike for you help. The other nice thing is you can often find unusual items unlike other stores. For instance we looked all over for a 10' black three prong extension cord at every other store and had to settle for a 15'. However we found that exact extension cord at this store. We didn't buy it, but it left us with the knowledge, we will check here first before making a purchase anywhere else.

I was in a pinch for a 10mm wrench. Apparently, "the one that everyone loses" -Dad. The inside is very clean, well stocked, and perfectly organized! Also, the staff was extremely friendly throughout the entire store. I will definitely be coming back for all my hardware needs!
