“I’ve been using U-Haul storage units for about two years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The unit itself was very clean, climate-controlled, and secure, which gave me peace of mind knowing my possessions were well-protected.
The staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. There was one time when I was late with a payment, and when I called to explain the situation, they were very understanding and even waived the late fee as a courtesy. That level of customer service really stood out to me.
If I ever need a storage unit again in the future, I will definitely choose U-Haul. I’d also recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to store their cared-about possessions. Their service and facilities are top-notch!”

“Lou took very good care of me. I was in a tough spot due to my main vehicle having mechanical issues. I called rent a wreck and within 5 minutes he had me reserved in a very clean and affordable car for the week, much nicer and less expensive than the major rental companies. He also accommodated my needs that I asked him to, which he didn’t have to do-but he did because he was a good guy. I would, and will if the situation arises use rent a wreck again. You definitely cannot go wrong choosing them.”
