“I literally take in the heaviest priority mail packages that weigh sometimes up to 65lbs (limit is 70Lbs) and the ladies there still greet me with a smile on their face. A couple weeks ago I had ordered invitations from Walgreens and they couldn’t do the size I needed.
I called this ups location in Latrobe and spoke to Chad. He talked to me about my options and helped me create my invitations to the size they needed to be. He even pulled up my order in Canva and made adjustments to get it perfect! I was on a deadline to send them out and he helped me get them out same day!
The Latrobe UPS is by far the kindest and quickest store I’ve been to! Will definitely keep going back!”
