UPDATE 7-24-24
went to pick up my usual 3 perceptions because i got a text saying all 3 were ready. went through the drive-thru and only 2 of my 3 were ready. the person who waited on me was very condenseding towards me. i said i got a text and he arrogantly says 'who texted you?' i said riteaid and he went to look on the computer and came back and said waiting on my doctor for refill which is false because i have a few on file. the customer communications of this company is abysmal.
every time i go there to get my medication its one thing after another. called in my meds and said theyd be ready the following day. went there and only had one ready. said my other meds wouldn't be ready for a few more days. went back and was told i have nothing available. after i told them i was told itd be ready she magically found it and would be ready the following day. because of that mix up, i was without my medication for a day. thats unacceptable

Nice people and they always have my medicines ready on time. Steve the rph is awesome. Very attentive and really there for the patients.

The pharmacy staff is polite and helpful. When my doctor sent my prescription here, they took the effort to create my pharmacy profile before I came in- as a previous pharm tech I can say this is better than most who would have put the script on hold. They even had it filled and ready to go.

When you pull up to the window you’re just as likely to get an excuse as you are to get your medicine. Unable to fill a prescription for my child that was called in Friday. First we were told Sunday, then Monday, and then when we’re there on Monday it’s Tuesday and then changes again to Wednesday. Take your business somewhere else, especially if your kids depend on their pharmacy to have their medicine ready on time.

It took over 24 hours to fill a called in RX. The poor pharmacists are spending why to many hours. Rita Aid needs to hire more people, So the store can get the prescription's out on time.

Go anywhere else. Rite aid was sent prescription at 10:00 am. Went there made sure they had everything they needed. Called at noon was informed they were closing early at 5. Went there at 3 because it still wasn't done and finally got it filled at 4. No doubt in my mind if I didn't go sit there for an hour (after waiting five hours ) they would've closed early without getting me my medication

Called to fill a script at 9am…was told at 230 pm that they are out of that medication nationwide. Wish I was told BEFORE I had to get ready for work at 230. Also my fiancée had a script called in at 10am one day and it wasn’t ready until 230pm the next day after being told it was ready at 730 the previous day. Also have had to wait two days for my child’s mental health meds. Soooo….make your own decision here with this place.

Latrobe Rite Aid, in town, is the best! Walk in vaccinations with less than 5 minutes wait time. Fully stocked store. Great selection. Friendly staff.
