PNC Bank (Latrobe Branch) helped me out tremendously. They were able to assist me with a somewhat “unique” transaction for my Vehicle Loan. I reached out to PNC’s main loan center and they were unable to assist me via phone call. Finally, I reached out to the closest Branch. They promptly scheduled me to come in and review the details of my transaction. I only have a vehicle loan with PNC, as my regular accounts are with another Bank. The employee worked tirelessly to make sure I was taken care of, and ultimately fulfilled my request. Much appreciated. Thank You for all of your help.

Branch manager is never available when needed and the tellers are useless which leads to horrendous customer service. It was the bank who made the error which prevented me from accessing the account and caused me to halt business. Nothing but a snotty attitude from the teller from the get-go. She told me the bank manager was very busy and she didn't know when she'd be able to resolve the issue.There are plenty of banks in our area that exemplify personable customer service. Put your money in one of them instead!

There was a theft on my mom's account with PNC, she had over $14,000 stolen from her. We froze the account and started a claim with PNC to recover her funds, which were all wrongfully denied. About two weeks ago we withdrew the balance of her account and moved it to a better bank (S&T Bank). Now she's receiving overdraft charges on a stopped account, and I'm thinking it's because the bank manager didn't end the account like we'd asked. We stopped into the branch at 1:30pm on a Friday and the manager had already left for the day. I'd definitely give this bank a 0-star review if possible. I'll be closing my accounts with PNC.

Is this branch still open? I pressed 3 to speak to a representative and heard silence for 10 minutes until I got hung-up on. I called in several times and this happened over the span of an hour.

I'll give 0 starsDeposited 305 dollars at the ATM yesterday and it never hit my balance. Told me my cash deposit was pending. Since when do cash deposits have to wait??? The money never hit my balance but cleared overnight. Where's my 305 bucks??? Rip off bank. Also the 800 number won't answer puts you on hold for over 20 minutes and no one can ever explain anything. This bank owes me 305 dollars !!! I also took screenshots of my account with the pending cash deposit. My 305 disappeared somewhere. They posted it before some other transactions went thru also so it would get mixed in unnoticed.

Never see a line for the ATM here but they decided to remove a drive thru line to add a second ATM line. Meanwhile the other lines a usually 3 or 4 deep...have sat waiting almost a half hour and counting...

You would expect someone whose job is to help you, to help you with your task. Don’t even waste your time calling the Latrobe branch because they just tell you to call the 1-800 number anyhow. I’ve enjoyed Pnc’s community feel until today. Thanks.

It's sad that I didn't receive the same kind of service at this drive-thru that I did at the Versailles branch. I do miss my old PNC.
