Don’t bother setting up a business acct with PNC. Useless and when you need help you get stonewalled. Will gladly take business and personal Accts elsewhere.

Crazy you call one employee tells you one thing then you go to the store and then they tell you something totally different. Doesn’t seem like anyone here actually knows how to do their job properly.

Is this branch still open? I pressed 3 to speak to a representative and heard silence for 10 minutes until I got hung-up on. I called in several times and this happened over the span of an hour.
