I bought 4 metric bolts online and after 10 days of seeing "Processing" on my order status and 4 days of no response to an email, I called them. Scott said, "it's out the door", and the tracking # he sent indicated a shipping label was just created! Good prices, POOR service online.

If they dont have the nut or bolt then nobody makes it..Lol. This place is a contractors dream!! Drill bits, pulleys a bunch of specialty parts and tools..even electrical connectors and such.
