“Tina, Kensie, and Alex (AJ?) were absolute angels. myself and my 1 year old went through a three-ish hour process to upgrade my phone (no fault of the employees, i didn’t have my icloud backed up but that’s irrelevant)they were SO kind and easy to get along with and accommodating for me having a easy to agitate infant with me. the customer service was excellent, the vibes were wonderful. i felt comfortable here and got along VERY well with these three experts❤️ i personally want to thank them for giving me a wonderful experience and helping me save as much money as i could. shout out to this store and its crew.thank you guys for being awesome. highly recommend going here ☺️”
