I found what I needed and clerks were helpful. Lowe's in Indiana, PA is my favorite store in this local area, but the one in Latrobe is almost as good.

Terrible store. Employees can’t handle the simplest tasks. If you’re looking to have them help you sub contract and build anything for you don’t. Because they can’t even submit paper work without you having to call them 80 times a day to remind them. You’d have better results watching YouTube and building whatever you’re doing yourself.

Had the pleasure of being Helped by Sam C and it was a blessing i was in a jam with my sink and he helped me piece something together to work.. it was the best experience ive had at this store.. if you need help with anything having to do with sinks or faucets he is truly the man to see. Definetly needs a raise

Great place to shop and for the most part the staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Alexis yesterday helping me find the dehumidifier section and select the correct one for my needs. They do have just about everything, but sometimes it can be hard to find, thanks Alexis for your over the top assistance.
I shop here instead the the largest competitor since they offer the military discount.
20240531 Big thank you to Cathleen who always seems to be right there to help me at the self checkout. Thank you Cathleen, you help keep my blood pressure under control with the many recent changes in the checkout process. You are the best and I truly appreciate YOU!

Usually can find what you need and in stock. Some employees are very knowledgeable, others not so much. Never know which one you’re going to get.

If there was a 0 stars, they would get it. I spent over 2 hours selecting two new bathrooms over a week ago. My contractor picked up the order today, only to find 3 major items missing. Upon arriving at the store today, I was told the items that were selected AND PAID FOR are no longer available. So both bathrooms had to be selected all over again on short notice. (Not even what I really wanted), buy my current bathroom sits gutted so I didn't have much of a choice. This was overall one of the worst experiences of my life. Oh yea let's not forget the money I had to pay the contractor to sit there and wait today while you got the order ready. So my first question is.... why do you sell items that aren't available???? And second why did nobody know until today that the items weren't available??? You've had over a week to get my order ready. You could have notified me long beforehand. I dealt with Parker, Joe and Pat. All of whom were very patient and very professional. Lowes is ok for mulch or dirt. Other than that.......I'd advise going elsewhere. Very, very, disappointed. After this I doubt I'll return. I'll be cutting up that Lowe's card.

SADDEST. Ask about the silver rewards which according to both Lowe’s web site and phone rep as a veteran and silver rewards recipient I am entitled to free delivery for anything over 45.00. Not so according to the gum chomping cs rep at the Greensburg store. Offered no further help despite my asking for further assistance.
I then went to make a purchase and my military discount did not apply. Was told it was because the items were sale priced despite no sale price noted. I waited for assistance which never came and went to the cs desk where I was spoken to as if I was a street bum begging. What a totally unprofessional operation. Lowe’s obviously cares less about our Veterans and as far as customer service that does not exist. You lost a total sale tonight of $320.00 plus because of total incompetence. I received a reply advising how Lowes aims to provide great customer service however that does not solve the issue. I was treated like garbage and you want me to continue to shop at Lowe's?????? REALLY!

It's a nice Lowe's. This Latrobe location has a wider selection and more options than my local Belle Vernon or Uniontown Lowes. Outdoor center of full of top soil, potting soil, mulch, decorative stone, pavers, trees, shrubs, flowers and more. Huge selection of everything. If you're looking to do an outdoor project it may be worth your time to visit the Latrobe location or possibly another large store like this one to see all the available options that you can pick up same day. Only thing i didn't care for is there was only 1 register with a worker and the line was long. I like the self checkouts sometimes but they should have more than 1 worker running the registers.

This Latrobe lowes is a nice store. They have a little of everything. The staff doesn't run away and actually greets customers.
Store asm was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
It's one of the better run lowes I've been to in a while.
