My experience with Laurel Valley Motors was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership they went out of their way to work with me and make me comfortable with them this is my 3rd truck and every time has been a total enjoyment. I leave there with a smile on my face knowing they did an awesome job. !!

They are very professional always. And so ready to help with problems that arise. This is the second time I've had a car worked on with the body shop, and I will go back anytime I need bodywork done. Very courteous, I don't know what else needs said. Thank you guys for all ur help.

Laurel Valley Motors has been doing all my car maintenance (new tires, oil changes, inspections etc) since I purchased my Jeep there. I have always found them to be knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They “get me in and out” as quickly as possible. I’ve been very satisfied.

The people working there are always nice, however, we have had 2 issues already with the service department. One time for an oil change and the oil was never changed because my oil level light was extremely low like they emptied it but never refilled it and the most recent time was when I had them replace all 4 tires and as soon as I pulled away my tire pressure light came on and I immediately went to sheetz since it was closer than turning around and there was literally no air in my 4 tires. I had to fill each one. They put the tires on and that was all. Very disappointed that we have had 2 issues now. Strike 3 and I will switch dealership.

We found Jeep online. Did all paperwork online/messages. Was at dealership for about half hour then on the road we went. Awesome staff Highly recommend!!!
