I was a customer here for years. Called my salesman Ted 2 times. Explained to him the truck I wanted. He told me he would get back to me. 3 weeks later I called back. He seemed very uninterested said he called me back later that day. 2 weeks later when I still haven't heard anything I purchased a 2024 Trailboss exactly the truck I wanted from Baierl in Wexford. Great experience. I'll never go anywhere where else. They took my 60 grand no problem. Guess Ted and Latrobe Chevy didn't want my money. Keep that in mind.

Got my car inspected was a long 3 hours. Bulbs needed to be picked up in Irwin. But I did have everything done. Oil change & tires rotated also. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. Bought my car there 10 years ago & it still going strong!

Make sure your on your A game ,once you work out a price they always try to force feed you some sort of insurance that you already pay for or are covered for .

We had a great experience buying a used Toyota Highlander here. Our salesman, Rich, kept in contact with me after my initial inquiry but didn’t pester me like some salespeople do. He was flexible with meeting my fiancé and I when it worked for us. When we got to the dealership, they had pulled the car inside out of the rain so we could look it over closely. They then let us take it on a thorough test drive.We thought about trading in a vehicle but the numbers weren’t quite where we wanted them to be. The general sales manager, Luke, came out to speak with us directly and run some numbers. After a short discussion, he made us a great deal, with no trade involved, and we accepted. There were no ridiculous fees or markups and they cut to the chase right off the bat.Everyone here was extremely courteous and professional. It was well worth the hour drive to buy a car here and I would definitely come back here to buy another vehicle.

First time working with Latrobe Chevy and it was a great experience. The sales manager Joe made the whole process quick, easy, and painless. Worked with the salesmen Jake and Ted for the rest of the process, they answered all of my questions and were very accommodating. Dealership was very transparent and I would highly recommend them!

The sales team was great from start to finish. Working with Jake and Joe made the process very easy. They were able to get us into the exact Chevy Traverse we wanted at the right price. The sales team even kept our girls amused while we handled the paperwork. The show room at Latrobe Chevy was spotless and clean. Thank you very much and we will definitely be back.

This dealership should be avoided at all costs. I worked with Philip and he led me to believe that for weeks that we had a deal on an Equinox and then at the last minute, the dealership added a $1500 Wise Care package to the cost, which apparently killed the deal. This Wise Care package was never explained to me at the beginning of the process. They wasted a lot of my time and energy and in the end, Philip was very defensive and swore at me on the phone when I tried to salvage the deal. Overall they were not professional and not a good standard to sell GM products. Spend your money elsewhere.

Ted Sonnie took the usual tedious, anxiety ridden car buying experience and made it something enjoyable. He listened to exactly what I wanted and was able to advise and lead me to a car that I’ve loved every day the past 2 years. I sent my roommate to him and he had the same positive exchange. We won’t be going anywhere else when it comes time to buy again. Ted is the best in the business.

Latrobe Chevy went above and beyond to help get us into the car we needed. They were able to get us into our new vehicle quickly and efficiently. Service made sure that everything mechanically was ready to go and in mint condition. The car was detailed and very clean. The sales team gave us the best price around. This Review is for the Latrobe Ford service center. My car is a 2017 ford escape, and I purchased it a little over a year ago. On 3/9/21 my car broke down and we had to have it towed to a ford location. I first had my car at Uniontown of Ford, the service manager there was rude and disrespectful on the phone. We ended up having to call customer service to get anything done, and an agent called around to see when the soonest appointment would be. I was told that Latrobe Ford would be able to get my car in on 03/16/2022. Our main concern is that we need a car to replace it for the time being (mind you I have purchased additional warranty for vehicle to be protected). I was already getting a rental due to the wait time for my car to be diagnosed. I was on a 3-way call with the customer service rep and the receptionist at Latrobe Ford when she stated that the service manager Bob approved my rental coverage if there is not a loaner car on the lot. Well as time goes by, I paid for my car to be towed up to the location, I spoke to Bob about what was going on with my car. He had called me after we spoke and needed additional questions answered since his tech was going out to my car. Never heard from him again about the progress of my car. When the customer service rep contacted me to see how things were going and she asked if Bob had asked for any of the rental information. I informed her that it was not discussed or asked about. Only that it can take up to 8 weeks before my car would be finished if not longer. She then did a follow up call with Bob, and he stated that he did not remember saying that he approved the rental. Mind you I have kept every email that me and the Customer service representative have exchanged. I have 2 small children that go to 2 different locations for childcare so not having a car is quite difficult. Catching rides when everyone works to pick us up has also been difficult. After April 30th I will no longer be able to afford a rental car. I will have to walk with 2 small children under 5 to 3 locations before and after work. So as of now I have put in close to $4,000.00 into a rental car while they have not touched my car. I have no idea when I'll get my car back. All I have gotten out of this dealership/service department is lies and disappointment. The service manager does not call to inform you what is going on with your car. As of Friday the 15th of April, I got a call from the customer service of ford that she spoke to Bob and that they finally looked at the car and that he has no idea when parts will be in or if they are on backorder. If you need your vehicle fixed do not go to this Ford service center. They do not put the customer first or have any consideration of the customer's issues. All I have heard is we are short of people and there is nothing we can do. Or as the one service manager from Uniontown of Ford said It's not our fault that we are short staffed. I honestly will never purchase a Ford vehicle after the service I have received from 2 service departments in different locations.
