Good little used dealer for trucks. I purchased a Honda van from them a few years ago and I’ve had a great experience with it. Would recommend them to anyone in the greater Latrobe area.

Bought a car from them for a little over 4k 2 years ago and they failed to tell me there was problems with the vehicle, they said it was a good running vehicle but after it going to shop 4 times I'm one year spent roughly 3k at shops just to be told either rings are bad or headgasket is bad after that first year it just caused me problems. Wouldn't get vehicle from here. They get vehicles from auctions, clean them up and make sure no lights come on and screw people out if money.

Bought a Jeep Wrangler off them. Originally the purchase was not the best as the Jeep had overheating issues a mile down the road from the dealership. They called me a tow truck had it towed to a shop and all fixed for me in less than 12 hours. Pleasure doing business with them and would recommended .

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dealership. Which I feel compelled to express in this review. My attempt to contact the dealership proved to be a complete disappointment, as phone calls went unanswered or resulted in unpleasant encounters.
Firstly, it was disheartening to repeatedly encounter situations where my phone calls were ignored by the dealership. On the rare occasion that someone did pick up the phone, the conversation was cut short, leaving me feeling unwanted and unheard. It's exceedingly frustrating when a dealership fails to establish even basic communication channels with its customers.
Moreover, the person who answered my call showed zero empathy or interest in resolving my queries. Their lack of emotion and detached demeanor only added to my frustration. A good customer service experience requires engagement, understanding, and a willingness to assist—none of which I encountered during my interactions with this dealership's staff.
Furthermore, I discovered that there was no warranty provided for the vehicles sold at this dealership, and everything was sold "as is." This lack of warranty places an undue burden on the buyer, as they are left vulnerable to potentially expensive repairs shortly after purchasing a vehicle. I strongly believe that a reputable dealership should prioritize customer satisfaction and peace of mind by offering reasonable warranties.
I must also highlight that considering the unprofessional behavior and lack of support, it would be wise for potential buyers to explore alternative options. Purchasing a used car through a private party often provides greater transparency, flexibility, and the opportunity to negotiate a better deal.
To summarize, my experience at International Auto Sales LLC was exceptionally unprofessional, marred by ignored phone calls, abrupt conversations, lack of emotions, and the absence of a warranty. The entire ordeal left me deeply dissatisfied and compelled to warn my followers and subscribers to avoid this establishment. I sincerely hope that the dealership takes constructive feedback into account and makes necessary improvements to provide a better customer experience in the future.

bought a truck a few years back, guy said no rust. the cab corners are gone the rockers are gone and it had silver tape and bondo all over the truck and timing chain was supposedly replaced but needs replaced after 30k miles. truck was supposedly in “good shape” but had problems within the first few months of owning it

First off all the car I bought had no gas in it . When I got home and checked the oil it was almost empty as well and for a car that was never wrecked it's funny that it had painters tape on the inside of the gas door

Have called numerous times. No answer. Messages sent , not helpful. Put in 2 applications for a vehicle, no response. But , after reading all the reviews, I'm glad for the no responses. Hard pass on the vehicle I was interested in.
