I see Paige regularly for Brazilian waxes and she is the best I have ever had! I have literally been waxed by estheticians all over the world, but Paige is truly the best I have come across. She is quick, thorough, distracts you with interesting conversations, and takes an actual interest in her clients' lives. Highly recommended, especially at the price!

I have family in here who is on Hospice. From what I have heard and see they have taken pretty good care of her and do a good job here. On initial impressions the place looks brand new. Like wow fresh construction or something. We accidentally went in the front building but the person working up front there quickly and kindly redirected us to the back building of the location. We went in and the person working the front desk was very nice. At first glance it looks really nice and luxurious. The dining area is so well done and our little one had to go potty before we went up and the bathrooms were clean, modern, and very nice as well. All staff we passed said hello and was very friendly. From what I was told and what I saw while there our family member is being well taken care of here. I would from what I've seen recommend them. Now they do have some violations received in the past and fines paid which you can find linked from their Yelp listing and follow that to medicare site that shows everything fines and violations. So that is information that I think is worth having to be able to really see everything and know what has been found. Still from all that I have seen I would recommend them for your loved one or yourself!

The staff was very accommodating to get me in on short notice and a small window. However, I was getting my hair darker, the color set longer than expected due to her being busy with other customers. My hair turned out jet black, several times darker than the brown I was trying to achieve. Visibly upset and trying to see when I could come back to fix it, she put bleach and other products in my hair trying to lighten the color. It burned pretty bad. She let it soak and went back for more, but I told her it had to stop because it burned too much. I left with my hair soaked and still paid $120 for something I was clearly not happy with. It ended up being lighter at the top than the ends, having a red look in certain lighting. I called to see if I could be seen later that day to try and fix it when there was more time, she was very bothered that I would want to come back and expect it to be fixed. I went to my salon back home and had it fixed to a natural brown. I'm military, so my hair had to be up and look natural. I had to use a sorry cover up until I could get it fixed. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Don't bother. Wife had an appointment at 2p. 30 mins later she was finally seen. Woman didn't know what she was doing, rushed through, and was done in 20 mins!?! The woman was told the curls needed to last for 3-4 hours (having photos done), and they will be lucky to last another hour. Wife is frantically trying to rework this mess before we leave. I get there aren't many choices in Prattville, but you'll definitely do better by looking anywhere but here.

I've been coming here for a while, I get my waxes and I get massages here. Mackenzie does my waxing. She is quick, efficient and super nice. It's as painless as having your hair snatched out can be. Erin is my massage gal. She does a great job. After my appointment I'm usually a bit massage drunk, and I love it. I like to chat about very random topics during my services and they tolerate my weird personality well. I plan on coming here....well forever.

I had my first cut with Michelle today. I was highly pleased. From the moment I sat in her chair until I walked out the door the experience was just what I needed. It had been a while since my last cut and was not sure what direction to go with my style. Michelle listened to my needs then suggested just what I didn't know I wanted. Glad I chose her for my new stylist. I will be returning.
