The facility was super clean and had tons of options. But they had one person handling the register who was slower than molasses in January. The self checkout required a loyalty card in order to use them. Which makes absolutely no sense for a place where people who are traveling would likely stop and they wouldn't have a loyalty card. So instead of 10 minutes in and out it was 25 minutes just because we were waiting for the poor lady to finish with one customer.

This customer service at this place STINKS! No matter what time of day I go in there there's always one cashier, a line and one confused seasoned citizen customer who can't get the gas pumps to work.

Car wash is great. I can't find what I want with the video screens on the cooler doors. They don't react fast enough to show me what's in the coolers. It's enough to keep me away as a future customer.
