Justin was very nice and professional, explaining everything. Overall, we had a really good experience. The only thing was that we reserved a midsize car (hubs is 6'6"). We got a Hyundai Venue (like a Kia Soul). Definitely not comfortable even for me at 5'0". There weren't even armrests other than the doors. I would have like to have some choice or at least have been asked. We made our trip with no issues, which is what mattered most. Thank you!

I wouldn't recommend renting a vehicle from this Enterprise because of the smart aleck who works here. He is very condescending and rude to customers.

Very good customer service from Jeff who explained everything to me and showed me the features in the Toyota RAV4 that was my rental for a few days. If I never need another rental I will definitely go through this rental agency

Great customer service they even came to pick me up and hopefully they will bring me home tomorrow when I return my rental. They are expensive which is unnecessary but it was great.

I am a long time Enterprise customer and honestly, this was the 1st bad experience I have had. Customer Service in PA and GA were beyond courteous and helpful. My issue was with the car itself and a yet to be determined refund. I was driving from PA to GA (8-9 hours) and the beautiful touch screen radio and comm center was so restricted you could not fade the music, it was faded to the center as a default but you could not turn the volume past 10 without hearing distortion and cracking line the front speaks, you could not connect an aux or BT even though both are available, and the absolutely most frustrating part was if you plugged your phone into the USB charger in the middle console if placed a huge notification on your screen which you could not clear without turning the radio off and unplugging your phone. Very frustrating. The last thing was that the Service Engine light came on the last leg of the trip and the car shook a bit getting to where I was going BUT those things can be expected. I will say that Enterprise allowed me to return my car a day early so now its just a matter of whether I will receive some money back, 300+ for a 1 day rental that damn near broke down seems excessive! Still a loyal customer, just gonna be a little more picky

Jeff went above and beyond to help me after my flight was delayed coming in. Vehicle I requested was waiting with security. Amid all the chaos of my trip Enterprises staff came through so I wasn't out in the cold arriving into Latrobe.

Jeff, the person that helped me was great. I called out of the blue and told him I needed a vehicle and a ride to it. He said no problem I can have someone leave here to get you in about 15 minutes. I asked him if he could have them wait for 25 minutes so I could be ready when they get here. To me, that was great because I didn't have a reservation, it was at noon, and he just was so nice on the phone while talking to him with selection and everything else.I have had a lot of experience with rental places renting vehicles for at least 30 years. Everyone has bad days including good companies and people, but Jeff seemed to me like he wanted to try and help customers with their needs.I will rent from Enterprise again and have to hope everyone can be as great to deal with as he was.

Absolutely horrible!!! Total nightmare Iwould never rent from them ever again. Only did because the place I’m getting repairs went through them. Asking for 3 phones numbers and then 3 more. Took forever and made me so uncomfortable

Flying from Orlando to Letrobe for a road trip and they had a car SHORTAGE. I was freaking out, found out moments before getting on the plane.. thought it was going to ruin my entire vacation. To make matters worse my flight was scheduled to arive a few minutes after 5:30, after they close and I was in the back of the plane (last to deboard). When I landed, Lincoln and Shawn were there, staying late and had a car waiting on me. I am forever grateful! Kudos to them for going above and beyond and saving my vacation!

The Latrobe Enterprise office is the best there is. I fly in/out from Fort Lauderdale regularly to visit family and always rent at the airport. Lincoln is the best at customer service and details. He calls in advance to make sure your travel plans are correct and has everything ready upon your check-in. Thanks to Lincoln and the team at LBE.
