There is no reason to use this pharmacy. The pharmacist lied to me about using a discount drug program. They would not take it even though they admitted that they subscribe to the drug program. The pharmacist told me that it's all about timing and I could not choose to use my drug program or coupon. He said he always uses insurance despite the fact that insurance may cost more. I informed the pharmacist that other drug stores that I use take the coupon. The pharmacist suggested that I have the prescription transferred to another drug store. The pharmacist was wrong, and deceiving. I would not let him fill my prescriptions.

workers who don't know what their doing and don't put the customers needs first. I arrived at 1:15 to pick up my prescriptions which I verified were ready before I went. they gave me my prescription then at 1:19 told me that they had my daughters but didnt fill it yet but they went on lunch at 1:30 so I couldn't pick it up until after 2 pm. so I left the pharmacy having to drive across town because I was not sitting and waiting for 40 minutes. I dont have that kind of time. They texted me at 1:30 to tell me my daughters script was ready. The girl had plenty of time to fill it and give it to me before she went to lunch. just another example of another business not caring about their customers. Hope their fat cow enjoyed her lunch.

While out and about on a very hot day recently I just wanted to grab myself a snack and something to drink. Also it would be a nice respite from the heat stepping in somewhere that had the AC running. This CVS is situated on a busy intersection on Route 30 in Latrobe. It actually sits on the corner of what used to be a drive in theater. We all remember when that drive in had on their sign "We did not sale to Target." Instead, they had this corner go to CVS. Although CVS does not take a lot of room on the lot, they made it a decent sized store with a pharmacy drive thru. Inside the store is well organized and clean. Allowing you to find exactly what you need and make your way on your day. I did browse a bit while in here just to see if there was anything I might need and didn't have in mind. After I browsed, grabbed what I needed, and had enough of the comforting AC, I made my way to the registers. I had a bit of a wait, because out of the number of registers they had, they only had one register open. Once the line started to be moving, it was smooth sailing.

In all honesty, I do use Rite Aid for prescriptions. I've been with them for a long time, otherwise I would have them filled at CVS. But my mother gets her prescriptions here and sometimes I pick them up. Sometimes I have to talk to the pharmacists. I've never had a problem here... everybody's helpful, friendly and patience. As far as the ladies in the front of the store? I see them all the time. In fact, they've taken my business from everybody else. This is an excellent store. I actually feel fairly comfortable going here. And trust me... I do not like going to the store. The lighting is horrible though. That's true. It's only place that's worse than Wallgreens. I'm in and out pretty quickly. But then again, the whole world has gone flickering fluorescent or LED.
