There is no reason to use this pharmacy. The pharmacist lied to me about using a discount drug program. They would not take it even though they admitted that they subscribe to the drug program. The pharmacist told me that it's all about timing and I could not choose to use my drug program or coupon. He said he always uses insurance despite the fact that insurance may cost more. I informed the pharmacist that other drug stores that I use take the coupon. The pharmacist suggested that I have the prescription transferred to another drug store. The pharmacist was wrong, and deceiving. I would not let him fill my prescriptions.

Pharmacist was extremely rude when I asked a question and was extremely dismissive. He didn’t answer my question and walked away while I’m the middle of talking to me. The one associate told me that she has had several complaints but they keep him. The regular store associate was wonderful and would be the only reason I would go back again.

workers who don't know what their doing and don't put the customers needs first. I arrived at 1:15 to pick up my prescriptions which I verified were ready before I went. they gave me my prescription then at 1:19 told me that they had my daughters but didnt fill it yet but they went on lunch at 1:30 so I couldn't pick it up until after 2 pm. so I left the pharmacy having to drive across town because I was not sitting and waiting for 40 minutes. I dont have that kind of time. They texted me at 1:30 to tell me my daughters script was ready. The girl had plenty of time to fill it and give it to me before she went to lunch. just another example of another business not caring about their customers. Hope their fat cow enjoyed her lunch.

As I entered the CVS in Greensburg, PA seeking Covid-19 testing kits for my Lady, a wonderfully helpful employee named Colene did not simply direct me towards the aisle where the kits were located but rather she temporarily dismissed her current task and had me follow her to the shelf. Her assistance did not stop there. Whilst discussing the best options, she mentioned that my health insurance might very well permit me a set amount of tests free of charge. Well of course my ears perked and enthusiasm grew. She then walked me to the pharmacy counter where I met the second most helpful employee, Arianne. Indeed Ms. Colene was correct and within ten minutes, I was able to get eight in-home Covid-19 tests through my insurance free of charge. The level of above-and-beyond assistance throughout my CVS experience is noteworthy. All too often, consumers unfortunately must suffer ignorant, impatient, unhelpful customer service agents from all stripes, types, backgrounds, and establishments. This was NOT one of those moments. I applaud Colene for what she did and hope she will receive proper commendations from her management team. As for Ms. Arianne, she made the experience swift, stress free, and behaved kindly. A simple interaction such as these provide hope for the American patron and I hope HR onboards more individuals like Colene and Arianne. Kudos. Top Notch.

This store is always clean and associates are friendly. I did not wait long at all to get my prescription and I was buying something else. The pharmacist was helpful in pointing out that I could save money. ?

I have never experienced such poor customer service in any industry in any other location than I have here from this pharmacy staff. Active maltreatment of their customers, which is unfortunate.

While out and about on a very hot day recently I just wanted to grab myself a snack and something to drink. Also it would be a nice respite from the heat stepping in somewhere that had the AC running. This CVS is situated on a busy intersection on Route 30 in Latrobe. It actually sits on the corner of what used to be a drive in theater. We all remember when that drive in had on their sign "We did not sale to Target." Instead, they had this corner go to CVS. Although CVS does not take a lot of room on the lot, they made it a decent sized store with a pharmacy drive thru.Inside the store is well organized and clean. Allowing you to find exactly what you need and make your way on your day. I did browse a bit while in here just to see if there was anything I might need and didn't have in mind. After I browsed, grabbed what I needed, and had enough of the comforting AC, I made my way to the registers. I had a bit of a wait, because out of the number of registers they had, they only had one register open. Once the line started to be moving, it was smooth sailing.
