Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not go here. The sales lady lied and tried to force me to buy case screen protector. First she said it was included, which it never is. Then when my bill was more than it should be, she tried telling me I had to pay my monthly bill with the purchase. Also not true. I am on family bundle and on auto pay. My bill never gets paid with purchase of a new phone. Went to Greensburg location and got the phone for the correct price. She was charging me for case/screen protector and saying it was my monthly bill she was charging me for. Don't trust them. Make sure you are paying the right amount

I'm at latrobe pa,location,1st door open sat for 15min before someone came from back,2nd the young man would not take my payment for my wife's account, I had all info needed, said he could not,I've paid for her bill many times before at this location,explain to me,owner/ manager what is going on

Store managers Lisa and Diana were every helpful and went above and beyond to help me change providers. They were friendly and spent the time with us. I would highly recommend this location to everyone. Also I love my new phone they helped me choose. By asking me what my needs were. Thank you so much for making a unpleasant situation better.

Inexpensive service plan. And you have to buy your own phone to get it. I have decent service anywhere I go, and if I don't have any service my T-Mobile HotSpot will get me through. My major problem with Cricket is the severe lack of customer service. A mistake was made on my account by an employee. Nobody could fix the issue even though it was a mistake owned by the employee. I had to pay extra money to fix the problem. The employee offered to pay out of his own paycheck because he was the one who made the mistake. It was a huge inconvenience and my daughter's phone and hotspot were turned off for 2 days. That's the reason why I have a T-Mobile HotSpot now. Like I said, inexpensive plans and decent service. Just hope and pray that nothing goes wrong because you'll have to pay more money to fix it.

What an amazing experience!! The girls are new and learning however they are very knowledgeable about the phones...If you need a great carrier stop in and see everyone at this store!!!

My fiancé and I went in today because his phone was hacked and no longer had service. The store is supposed to be open at 12 we showed up around 12:22, and had to stand outside until ANOTHER EMPLOYEE let us into the building at 12:45ish. The girl that was opening (Emilia) quickly snapped at the other co-worker(Logan) telling him that she was not ready to open, my fiancée and I allowed them to finish opening the store because Logan had to help her recount the phones, once again this wasn’t a big deal. Emilia remarks where what was bothering, she continued to tell me and my fiancée that she knew what she was doing and the computer was just fighting with her, she also got very snippy with Logan who was honestly the most helpful one there. They tried setting my fiancée up with a new phone which we were told would be free. However that did not work and we had to end up doing a whole reactivate the old number which was shut off when he was hacked, and paying a transfer fee, which we didn’t understand because they put it right back on the same phone. In total it was only 50 dollars and my fiancée has a working phone, I was just extremely disappointed because of the employee to customer interactions.This was just very disappointing because we have had great service in the past with Nikki.

I used to be a Cricket customer (the reasons for me leaving were more with corporate, not the store or the employees), but I was looking around for a reason to leave my service provider.
I decided to give my previous provider a chance again (I left Cricket 13 months ago) and went back to the Latrobe store. I have to tell you, I am very happy that I did. Although I did not get the "new customer rates" (because I got ported back as a previous customer) I did a great customer experience and an above and beyond service experience. I have to say that Lisa rocks, she is awesome. Took care of two or three things at once and is very personable and helpful!
Made the mistake of leaving once, don't think it'll happen again. ;)

I stopped in to have my provider switched from Verizon (via Straight Talk) to Cricket after numerous issues with that service. In less than half an hour Nikki had my number transferred and my service working with Cricket. I can't recommend this location enough!

My mom changed to cricut and has had to go get the bill fixed every billing cycle since.We were shopping around for a new provider on Saturday and considered seeing about cricut. The store was not opened on time, the person attending the store stated they were late due to going to the bank. Then while dealing with customers a child comes out from the backroom. Very unprofessional.Today had to take my mom, once again, to get her bill fixed. Waited 15 minutes outside due to person needing to go to the bank. Will probably need to return again next month for same reason. Cricut will NEVER be our choice for cell provider.
