Honestly I have never been more grateful for a family business than I am for Copelli's. Every employee here is a wonderful amazing human being, they've consistently been a HUGE affordable help for me and my daughter when we have car troubles, they are so honest and so knowledgeable and they truly do have their patrons' best interests at heart.
I cannot thank everyone here enough for the amazing service they continually give, I will always come to Copelli's first, and every chance I get I will recommend them. I'm just so appreciative, thank you thank you thank you!

I give them 100 stars! They go above and beyond. I have been to many auto service stations in my 59 years and they are the best. I tell everyone about their great service. They helped me more than any other station and I left there telling them how awesome they were. I have never been to an auto repair station and left happy before. Honest, punctual, consistent, caring, even doing a little more than asked to make sure customer is happy. I love them. I will not go anywhere else now, they are stuck with me lol.

Last year got tires for my kids Trax. They burned off in 10 thousand miles on the front and are at 50% on the back. When I took it for inspection recently I had to get two new front tires and brakes. They recommended the tires and the tires have a 60k mile warranty. It was in for 1 oil change between. Thay don't have the ability to prorated tires without sending them back. Whoever heard of su h a thing. They didn't even rotate the tires when it was in for an oil change even though I asked for it. Now they are blaming me. Also the break job this did.....didn't even replace or resurface the roaters. Would not recommend this place. I will never go back. Stick with the dealership.Services: Tire rotations

They replaced the rear brakes on my car 10 months ago. I just replaced them again 2 days ago. The new mechanic told me Copelli's didn't install them correctly. He said he was surprised they didn't fail sooner. So now, I'm over in $800 for REAR BRAKES in 10 months! By the way, the owner quoted me one price, then charged me more money after the work was done with no explanation. Why would I go back for them to charge me more money for poor work on brakes? Then be made to wait until they had an opening to perform the work. Not going to burn a vacation day for their mistake. Not open on Saturday's. NEVER AGAIN!!

One of the guys in the shop helped me out a lot!!! Even though they were closed he still tried to get me going by fixing my flat. Together we managed to fix it.
