“Every rental has a security deposit even for insurance rentals replying to Kristen Ryan. They cant give you a $30,000 car and not have a deposit. What if someone wrecks into you or you wreck the car by accident or even drive drunk and wreck it? Someone needs to pay for the damages. This location follows by the books there and is a great place to rent a car.
If you need the points/miles all you have to do is call corporation and they will add them on for you.”
“I had picked up a rental from Budget at the Pittsburgh but the seats were very uncomfortable for my back. I stopped by the Latrobe airport location and they were super nice and were able swap it for another model that was much more comfortable. Thanks!”
“This was a last minute rental and the staff at Avis was courteous providing answers and solutions from the beginning to the completion of our transaction. The Representative at the pick up location made everything easy. He was also knowledgeable and informative. I felt so good about my purchase I was able to use the drop off service without fear of incident, something I've never done when renting cars from other dealers. There are usually questions and loose ends to tie up but with Avis every detailed was addressed upfront giving me confidence in the service provided. “Lou took very good care of me. I was in a tough spot due to my main vehicle having mechanical issues. I called rent a wreck and within 5 minutes he had me reserved in a very clean and affordable car for the week, much nicer and less expensive than the major rental companies. He also accommodated my needs that I asked him to, which he didn’t have to do-but he did because he was a good guy. I would, and will if the situation arises use rent a wreck again. You definitely cannot go wrong choosing them.”
