This BigLots was smaller than other stores, so the selection on certain items was more limited. I ran into a few nice employees.

The employees were great. I was looking for a retro mini fridge. An employee looked for it, but they didn't have it at that store. She was very helpful.

Nice home decor items, patio furniture, and other home goods. Found liquid cold medicine and baby wipes. Staff was friendly.

Big Lots furniture is always nice and priced fairly! The employees are ALWAYS very nice and helpful! I recommend Big Lots to anyone!

I have really grown to like Big Lots since the three stores in my area cleaned up and remodeled.This time I stopped to see if BL still had this phone charging cable I bought on a previous trip that I really liked. May sound funny to get excited by a charging cable, but when you find one that connects securely, lasts longer than most and cost $6 for a 6' cable, it makes for a good trip and a better day.Now I have my sights on a Lane leather sofa.

BEWARE - I submitted an online order through Big Lots for multiple bed-related items for a "big girl bed" for my toddler. Most could be picked up at Greensburg Big Lots, except the mattress at the Latrobe location. I ordered the morning of July 2nd. My husband went to pick it up the afternoon of July 3rd. They told him there was no record of the order. They looked up the order number, etc. Nothing. They then claimed it had been picked up already. On July 2nd. It was not picked up by me or my husband. They check security footage and claimed a woman picked it up. It was not me. I video called my husband to show them my ID and they then accuse me of being the person on the video footage! My husband then called the police because they, essentially, believed we were lying and would not give us our purchase. I was furious and drove to the store. I waited outside for the police with my husband. About 10 minutes later, an employee brings the mattress out. No apology. No explanation. He was just told to do it. I went in and demanded an explanation. None was given. They didn't believe that it wasn't me. Why the hell would I go to the store if it was?? They claimed that even the police couldn't see the security footage without approval from corporate Asset Loss Prevention. I told them to call and get permission. They would not. The police never came after more than an hour and 3 hours of drama at this point. I told my husband to call them off. We were exhausted and had to take our children home. We received the mattress but only after being accused of lying and attempting to steal. Never in my life have I been treated this way. The Latrobe Big Lots either gave our order away and did NOT check the ID of the woman who took it OR there is something extremely shady happening behind the scenes. I never received an apology or explanation. I am taking this entire situation straight to corporate until something is done.

I stopped at Big Lots to purchase a shepperds hook to hold a bug zapper, browsed the store and found a nice hummingbird feeder too.Clean store and a huge selection of products. The aisles are a bit narrow but I understand that retail space is very expensive.
