When I have a vehicle problem I go to AutoZone. Felicia is so helpful, not only can she tell me what is probably wrong, but she can also tell me the little secrets about installation. Very helpful to a guy that is not really any kind of mechanic.

My mom had an extremely corroded battery that cased her car to not start after she picked me up from my closing shift at my job. Unfortunately, we were those people who came in 15 minutes before close with a not so fun project. Your associate Joe took it all in stride as he installed our new battery and cleaned the corrosion from the area. He even gave us good information on steps we could take to avoid this situation in the future. Not once did he make us feel like an inconvenience and his kindness never wavered, even after helping us far past closing. Thank you, Joe. You are greatly appreciated.

AutoZone Auto Parts in Latrobe PA. I don't have a garage or level surface to work on my car at home. Didn't feeling like paying $200 in labor just to change brake pads. Everyone I talked to at this AutoZone, specifically the store manager Falicia, was willing to help me and had the knowledge to do so. She helped me with a "stuck" caliper piston and even came outside a little later to make sure I had everything under control. I offered to leave her a tip she was so good! She told me to leave a review for the store instead. She deserves much more than this! GREAT JOB TO THE PEOPLE AT LATROBE'S AUTOZONE! Great job to AutoZone for providing an employee atmosphere that allows these good works to occur.

I am someone who shops at both Auto Zone and Advance Auto Parts. The guys at Latrobe Auto Zone and the Latrobe location of Advanced Auto are all super nice & helpful. I shop for the best price usually. Unfortunately I bought my $235 battery at Advance Auto Parts. Also I want to add I am going to post this review on both sites to show the difference and the outstanding service at Auto Zone in Latrobe Pa & the horrible service I got at the Murrysville Pa Advanced Auto Parts Store today 01/16/2024. I started my morning at 4am today talking a family member to the hospital in Pittsburgh. It was a very cold & snowy day with very bad road conditions in the early morning. This trip started with a dead battery. I have many of these hospital trips to make and I drive from Latrobe. On the way home we stopped at the Advanced Auto in Murrysville & I was the only car in the parking lot and the only customer. There was three employees an older man, a younger man & a woman. I asked if someone could run a test on my battery because I had a dead battery this morning at 4 am on the way to hospital and that I had a previous dead battery on a cold day and could I please find out if the cells or voltage and alternator are good, i also explained that my battery was from Advanced. The young man must think girls know nothing about cars and I felt like he talked down to me. He quickly said to me “and we can not install any batteries today “ I said I don’t want one I have a warranty on mine I just want to see if it is bad. He said there was no problem with the battery. And I said don’t you usually give that little paper receipt that shows it’s good or bad He said it didn’t print and I asked could you write the information down for me to show someone. He wrote down 12.34 volts and seemed very annoyed that I asked for any help. It was very obvious that he didn’t want bothered, nor did the other man. He offered no information about the alternator. He did not want to answer anything I asked and walked away while I was still asking questions. When I got in the car I was shocked and said to my family member I sure hope they don’t get any girls in here that need any help. When I got back to Latrobe and needed to get back to work after taking my family member home afterwards I thought about going to the Latrobe location to see if they would be nicer. But after that I figured I am going to go to Auto Zone even though my battery was not from there. Wow was I glad u did, what a difference. I was so glad I took the time to stop there in my way to work. When I first went in I asked if I came in during nicer weather could someone check my battery and alternator the man said sure stop back, he wasn’t to excited to help. I understand it’s cold out. But before I even got my car door open the nicest man ever came out & asked do you need your battery tested and I said yes that would be so wonderful. Not only did he find out the battery is good, but he solved my problem. I need an alternator and he offered to get me a price. I did not stay for the price because I had to be at work, but I will be buying it here. I told my uncle (he will be the one fixing for me) I usually check prices but I’m not checking, Auto Zone has my business and either he or I can buy it there and he will install it for me. When I got back to work it was about 5 minutes after I left Auto Zone I called there because I wanted t o know this man’s name so I could write a review. Good service means more than I can ever say, when I drove off I was crying because he was so nice . We have been going through months of many, many hospital trips. It’s sad but you don’t always get help these days. He didn’t have to come outside to help me, I never spoke to him inside. By the way anyone’s reading this if you want to get excellent customer service and have your car problem solved please go see Wade at Auto Zone in Latrobe Pa. he cares about his customers. He also gave me the paper from the tester showing I have a bad charging system and said I can give it to whoever fixes my car.

I stopped in for a new battery and was told that they had the battery in stock but wouldn't install it for me because he wasnt going to work outside it was too cold. It was Sunday and the dealer wasn't open. As expected the battery died and aaa jumped the car on Monday. I managed to get to the dealer and they changed it in minutes. I will never again go to auto zone for anything.

Very helpful with good suggestions. I was looking for new wiper blades and got schooled on how to care for them and then pointed to a less expensive option, just as good for my needs. Thanks guys!

I went to the Greensburg pa location on November 30th. I asked if someone could check the life of my battery. Justin immediately got to work and checked my battery and he realized my wiper fluid was almost empty so he had me get some fluid and he was kind enough to fill up the windshield wiper fluid for me. He also quickly checked my radiator fluid. I can't say enough good things about the pleasant and helpful attitude . It made my day! Thank you ?

Great experience today. Had to pick up a few things and needed to get my wipers replaced. Ted was very helpful in not only recommending a brand that was easy to put on but also installed them. I'll definitely be back.
