bought a car a few years ago. not even a month after getting it the transmission blew at or around 60,000miles. the warranty that i got through them was useless and i had to contact the attorney general to aid me because the warranty wouldn’t help. since then the car has given me nothing but issues, and i am currently looking for a new vehicle as i should have done a while back.

Zero Stars. AVOID THIS PLACE! Not transparent on vehicle conditions. Overpriced already and they don't disclose problems. Looked at clean 2013 Tahoe for $14,995 to buy for teenager's first vehicle. Hubby & I know older vehicle will have some maintenance items to be done BUT Owner is delusional; states nothing mechanically wrong with the vehicle threw tantrum and reluctantly agreed to let local chevy inspect it for me before purchasing and driving out of area to go home. I asked for as-is inspection... what's out of Chevy spec or needing repair soon - dealer knew i don't live here. I mainly wanted to see what the dashboard alert for back up sensors was. Chevy 2blks from them said maintenance things I expected, brake pads, parking sense needs replaced etc but then ball joints need replace, hub has too much play and FAILS STATE INSP right now (can get video to show) and ac won't even turn on, mutiple failure codes for interior lights, fog lights won't turn on. About $2+k in repairs. Dealer given copy of inspection. Items I would be ok with IF price changed from perfect Mechanical condition to good or fair. Gino, owner, was very rude in discussion. Gino told me Chevy /all dealership liars, just wanted my money and repair work. Rude accusatory tirade by owner. He claimed Randy Reddinger inspected it and everything was perfect/no mechanical issues at all when it was traded in (August'23, <3mos ago) and He would stand behind the fact that Chevy was wrong. (Zero confidence for Reddinger now) This vehicle has been on and off his lot for years! Now, I know why. Carfax last printed on trade in Aug... get new one see chevy assignment?!Gino implied chevy didn't inspect HIS vehicle. ?! He keeps saying it's clean, no accidents, low miles and that alone made it a great buy at this price.... i say l said yes BUT NOT WITH TRUTH ABOUT MECHANICAL PROBLEMS. Insulted me saying "look honey, If you need HELP so you can buy it, I can knock off $500 off the vehicle just to help you get in it. But there's no way i'm gonna knock anymore off. I don't know what you were thinking. There is no more reason to discuss this you want my vehicle at my price or you don't". Never met the man in person only some on the phone. I felt Gino talked down to me because i was a woman and partly because i found out he was not honest. I was calm and polite but standing my ground... My CASH SALE just walked. Don't let them prey on your friends and family! STAY AWAY.Cody(other salesman) nice, polite, attentivene to questions that teenager and I asked in person on the lot.... find a new job with a company you can be proud of!

My son and I went here to look at a 1992 ford f250. They wanted $14,500 for it. When I pulled up thought it said $4,500. This truck was 4x4 gas 209,000 miles. Frame was completely rotted and brake lines were leaking bad. But his mechanic passed the inspection. He said it a rare find. But we drove up in my 1992 f250 diesel with 51,000 miles all original 100% rust free. A/c still worked. Owner wanted to buy my truck for $2,700. Owner was an ass hole yelling at my son bc he wanted a reliable truck. We ended up leaving. All his vehicles r not safe to drive on the road. Inspection were lick'em stick'em. A guy was there before us complaining about a jeep his wife bought. And the transmission was full of saw dust (quiets the gears). All over priced junk.

I really like how clean this guy keeps his inventory. His cars are so spotless and as pretty as possible, even the older year ones look great! Our vehicle we got from him looks so prestine and nice. Also the whole buying process he made easy for us, which is much appreciated. ??

The sales people are not pushy at all, they let you take your time and they are very laid back.

Was told the car I came to see had “passable” amount of rust. It was a complete waste of time. The spare was completely scrap, all 4 wheels needed replacing from rust, and every bolt near wheel hubs was unserviceable without sandblasting at the minimum. These guys just want your money. Inaccurate description. Zero concern for the customer. Believe the other 1 star reviews. Steer clear.EDIT-The fact that I didn't buy your vehicle speaks way more about the inaccuracy of your listing and subpar quality of your vehicle than the "difficulty" of my already-resolved hunt for a truck.

2013 Chevrolet Equinox I financed this car on August 12, 2022 through One Main Financial My previous car was on a mechanic lot for minor repairs when a flashflood hit causing flooding up to the dashboard. So, I needed a car to get to work. I was given a rental for a week. As I looked for a car, I tried to keep within budget; and, saw a car out of state; and, asked if I could put a down payment; and, finance the rest; but, was told I couldn’t finance a car out of state; so, the guy told me to call One Main Financial within my state. I contacted One Main; and, they pointed me to several websites of local car dealerships. I told them I didn’t want anything that would cost over $300/month; and, nothing with high mileage. The only thing I saw, within reason was the car I got. It was $12,157.. It had 110,030 miles; and ended up costing $400/month; ; and ended up costing $400/month. The total financed ended up at $21,636.11 at 24% interest. The car came “As Is” with a warranty. 1 week after purchase, the check engine light came on; and, I took it back to the dealer. After a quick diagnosis, he told me it needed an oil change. I got the oil changed. 3 weeks later, the check engine light came on; and, it started smoking really bad. I had my mechanic check it; and, found that the serpentine chain slipped from an oil leak in the engine. The warranty wouldn’t cover it. It cost me about $600 to repair. After having the car for 2 ½ months, I was on my way to work when the car stopped driving. But, I made it to work; and, had to have it towed. My mechanic told me the car needed a new engine; but, was 200 miles over the warranty; and, the warranty won’t cover it. Turns out, they would only cover 3,000 miles of usage up to 90 days. I am stuck paying for this car, paying $64/day to get to and from work, and full coverage insurance. I can’t afford the $7,700 that was quoted me to repair it. And, I believe the dealership sold me a car that was defective!

Called and made sure they would be open on Saturday, we drove 2 hours, and they’re closed and not answering the phone. Google maps also says they’re open on Saturdays until 3pm. Very disappointed. Wasted our gas and time

This place presently has a 2006 Chevy Impala SS they got listed as: one owner, 120 some thousand miles, clean body/interior and well taken care of, etc.. Selling price is $7,800. I went today to look at this specific car due to the low mileage and one owner. I get there and see that the body/paint is all scratched and banged up the whole way around the car. Look underneath the rear bumper and witness excessive rust. Look underneath the driver's side only to witness excessive rust and especially very rusty fuel lines that are not long to start leaking. Car apparently had a very rough life. I drove a hour and a half to witness a complete let down. Check the car out and see for yourself. LIARS!

Do NOT but a vehicle from this business. They sold us a Chevy Captiva in December. The motor just died. We should have known it was a bad deal when we had to put 4 new tires on it within 2 months of buying it. Merry Christmas to us...we got grinched.

Looked at a high mileage car on the lot. They allowed time for me to inspect the car thoroughly.I found some small issues. CEL was on and we scanned it. They agreed to fix all the issues. I got a call a week later, the car was ready. Purchased the car a few weeks ago now. No problems with car. I have seen other reviews and I had a good experience here. Again, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check out the vehicle before buying. I would buy from again.

Vehicles in great shape. The one I was looking at got sold prior to my arrival but can't blame them for that. Was just a little slow getting there.
