I want to share my great experience with Mike Kinney and Melissa Walker, who provided exceptional customer service when we purchased a vehicle for our daughter.
Currently deployed in Saudi Arabia, I negotiated the deal with Mike over the phone. Despite being over 6,500 miles away, Mike was knowledgeable about the car, provided additional pictures, and made the experience smooth.
Melissa assisted with processing the paperwork, promptly addressing any questions or concerns that arose. Although we encountered a minor issue, it was quickly resolved.
I am incredibly pleased with our experience at this dealership. Despite living 240 miles away, my family was able to pick up the vehicle and have the tags and paperwork sent to us within a few days.
We will definitely return as repeat customers!

Took a vehicle here to get a safety recall fixed, got directed to some kid who looks like he’s never touched a wrench in his life, he then lied to me telling me a dealer has already done the repair in 2014 when I know this vehicle hasn’t seen a dealership. If you aren’t coming to this dealership to buy one of their shiny new ticking time bomb Kia’s they don’t care.

Debbie was our sales associate and from the second we walked in the door she was welcoming, efficient and very helpful. The deal was put together quickly without hassle and we took delivery of a beautiful used car that exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend her and this dealership!

Dan Golubiewski Is the best sales man I ever met he worked with me to get my dream car since I was 15 years old now 18 and finally got it I went to other Mazda dealers and none of them really want to help me so I tried Bergey Mazda and I was amazed with how helpful the staff were and dedicated to there job. Dan would text me back on gmail with any questions I have . Other Mazda dealers I would text and would never get back to me. I will be recommending all my customers who ask me where to buy a car and I will say Bergey Mazda. And ask for Dan.. Thank you for making my dreams Dan . This being my son's first time buying a new car Mike K. explained everything, made sure that my son knew every part of the contract and how it all worked. Mike understood what we were looking for and the right price point, we were beyond pleased. We felt valued as customers and not traumatized unlike experiences at other dealers.
