worst customer service and service ever.. bill the service manager / manager did a terrible job to work with customers doesnt have sthe knowledge to kno customers needs... they denied to do my computer update after they performed a recall and made the car go in limp mode. and cancels my appointment last day after 2 month of wait!! worst thing is he said he doesnt care loudly and proudly. and asked him about the gm.. he said your not welcome here and called the cops.. this is going above and beyond

The service is too slow. I was there twice and even with an appointment, waited over two hours each time. They shouldn’t overbook so much. The second time I asked for the first appointment of the day and when I got there, there were already two people ahead of me.

Had the most incredible auto buying experience At Wyoming Valley Motors Audi Porsche Kia. Bought a beautiful new car from A sales professional that everyone Needs to Note .... Sean O'Dea , not only was my car and paperwork waiting for me at no wait what's so ever , not only was my car everything we expected and were promised, not only was the experience the most professional courteous and positive. You would think that would make you want to buy at Wyoming Valley Motors? Yes Sean O'Dea changed our minds about shopping for our vehicles, we won't be buying, leasing or financing any of our vehicles from anyone else. My husband and I have decided the positive ultimate benefit of this experience was not the dealership alone, the professional sincere contributor to our satisfaction was Sean O'Dea.
