I’ve been searching countless places to fix my car to the point I decided to go out of NY state for services. I arrived to my appointment and was assisted immediately. An hour or two goes by and I was advised to come back with my car because they don’t have enough time to look at it.
I was not okay with this because my car wasn’t in the best shape to drive on the highway. They alleviated this stressor by providing a loaner from Enterprise for a minimum 5 days. It only took 4 days to fix! My car works like a charm now.
Only bad thing I can say is if I didn’t stand on getting a loaner they would’ve let me leave in a car that breaks down on the highway after driving almost two hours for my appointment.
Josh is a terrible customer service rep and they should have him in the back somewhere unseen by people, as he is not a personable person. Jim and another gentleman at the front on the other hand was amazing and takes the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle.
All in all, this will be the place I go for all repairs until I move away. Thanks Bergy Mazda!!

Everything went well. In and out in an hour. I was only there for inspections. The only drawback was a bit of confusion with dropping car off for service. I think it mainly had to do with the construction so I’m assuming all will be better once construction is completed.

This is the only place we take our Mazda to. Very happy with the service. Inspection and oil change was done in a timely manner. People were very friendly.

Beautiful place once the construction is finished. Very polite and helpful.
And Joshua was so helpful and understanding towards a situation that I had. I will always take my Mazda there for maintenance. Plus, love the video they send to your phone on what they did to your vehicle. Everywhere I went before, never did that. Makes you feel more trust in them working on your vehicle

Really great service experience and on short notice — I got a next-day appointment for my check engine light and an oil change. They quickly & accurately diagnosed the issue (needed a new battery; factory installed one in my 2017 Mazda6 was nearly dead) and also texted me a full video inspection. Overall fair estimate for both parts & labor. I live in Philly and usually go to a south Philly dealership for service, so this was my first time at Bergey’s Mazda (CEL came on while traveling in NEPA for holidays) — I was impressed by their pricing, customer service, and waiting area. Definitely recommend!
