My experience could not have been any better. Bill was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. In no way shape or form do I know it all about precious metals but it is clear that Bill has a wealth of knowledge and knows his craft. He asked a lot of questions of me to gather information on what I was looking to do and made suggestions that I followed and I’m glad I did.Bill and I talked for over an hour after we were done business and he is the type that can talk intelligently on every subject. I don’t know if my experience could have been any better. I was buying precious metals online but I’m done with that now. Bill exclusively has my business for my metal needs!Thanks for the great experience!

So I called this guy to ask how much total TOTAL price for 1 oz gold bar - instead of telling me exact price he asks me how much I would be willing to pay I did tell him everyone charges deferent commission/premium.he kept on insisting me how I am willing to pay,what would i pay.why did you ask me twice -I’m customer and when customer call you straight answer the question instead of talking extra bs .how much you charge ?? If I like price I will buy or I will not buy - you are seller and I am buyer just tell me price don’t ask me your product price. you are not good business plus very rude and not smart

I must say, I was quite disappointed and taken back by the unprofessionalism. I walk in, & see there are no seats? So I lean on the front window. So that I may take out some coins for appraisal.However, the man took one look at me & started getting more rude by the second. Telling me I have nothing of value? Without even looking at anything? Saying I need to go back on YouTube....telling me it's impossible that I have the coins I'm claiming to have....It's a shame. Cause the reviews I read about this place were all good. I now believe they are all fake / fabricated reviews.
