I have always used large chain pharmacies, and I won't ever again. I started using Pepper Pharmacy recently for my monthly prescriptions, and I was blown away by how friendly, knowledgable, and caring the staff is. I was helped by their pharmacist Carrie, who not only assisted me with the prescription that brought me in, but went out of her way to help answer other questions I was having. Not just a good experience, but an excellent one. My visit to Pepper went above and beyond what I've come to expect from a local pharmacy.

In 1989 at the Lansdowne fire company former great retired Chief Bud McKelvey (One of my oldest dearest friends who I miss so much) told me about the pepper pharmacy of the phenomenal flawless and great services to his family's and children they have served the community with extinction of the highest honors with the creator and to all customers of all of God's children he was right then 100% and today the same great services and dedication to all of God's children equally thank you for your superior help and care it is most appreciative thank you Norman and from Gilbert July 14, 2023

Husband and I went to Pepper Pharmacy to receive Covid & flu shots this morning. The pharmacist and store clerk were exceedingly polite and personable. The shop seems like a throwback from yesteryear. After receiving our shots, we left with giant smiles on our faces being in the presence of such kind and attentive staff. THANK YOU Pepper Pharmacy!

This is a mom and a pop pharmacy which was the first business I saw when we moved from West Philadelphia to Upper Darby in 1967. WHOA! that was a really long time ago and for it to have remained in my brain that long it must be a great place. There were no chains so you really got to know your local pharmacist. My experiences with Mr. Pepper in the 60s , 70s and early 80s were very good ones. Back in the 60's when your child walked everywhere it was common to send your 8 year old child to pick up prescriptions, greeting cards, pain relievers Bandages ( We had 10 kids) and various sundries. Also, we i suspect a few times our family account might've been in slight arrears in those days but the beauty of this being a true mom and pop was that things were always resolved in a friendly, neighborly way. Fast forward to the 90s and 2000s and I'm not sure if it's still totally in the Pepper family still but my interactions with them as an adult have been pleasant and efficient. Just the other day an elderly friend of mine got turned away from a chain when she showed up for an appointment for her booster because they were overbooked. I got her in the car and I drove her to Pepper's because Pepper's is in her neighborhood. They were kind, caring, respectful toward her and happy to have her business. Try getting that at a Chain. Over a half century after my first experience with Pepper Pharmacy I continue to see That's its still a vital part of the Lansdowne and Upper Darby communities. Here's hoping it stays that way for many years to come.

The pharmacy is great, much better than the bigger pharmacies in the business. They care for their patients and available to answer any questions. If you like the feeling of a small town pharmacy, this is your place.

My family has been using Pepper Pharmacy for more than 45 years and their staff have never been anything but helpful and professional. This small business is definitely a local treasure and reminiscent of how customer service used to be in the past, with their informed and responsive service.
