Me and my daughter Sophia don’t know Min. I am at Chicago and my daughter’s car in Philly which had some car problem. I never meet Min, we communicate by phone. My daughter took her car to Min’s shop to fix her car. We found Min is very kind and responsible. He helps my daughter (a poor medical college student) fix some of problem in her car for free. Even though he didn't fix all her car problems because he is very busy. He helps us contact another mechanic to finish the job. It is a simple act of kindness! Thank you, Min, very much! We really appreciate your HELP!

Jack was friendly and straightforward to deal with. The quarter-panel repair was done well and only took a couple of days. The color match was so good that the only way you could tell which one was new was it was the cleanest. LOL

I had a scuff on my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and didn't want to do an insurance claim. I just wanted the scuff mark taken care of without having to replace or repaint the bumper. The staff was very honest and friendly. Less helped me out. I would highly recommend this auto body shop to friends and family.

10/10 satisfied experience from this auto shop! My cat was suffered from a hit and run couple months ago. Min fixed my car make the whole progress simple and fast! They are the most reliable people and definitely life saver for me. Good business ??

New Image Auto Body and shop owner Les Magness did an amazing job fixing my car. They even took over dealing with the valet company directly who reversed my car into a wall and set up my rental. Work was completed in a timely and efficient manner as promised. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family in need of auto body repair on their vehicle.

So I got my car worked on here before the pandemic. 3 weeks it took for my car to be finished . So 1st day I took it off the lot my bumper started coming off on freeway. So I took it back to get fixed. He told me the mechanic said the bumper didnt fit and he didnt want me to wait longer. The owner apologized and said the mechanic forgot to tell him but he will fix it. The 2nd day I drive off the bumper and bracket both come off as I pull into work and it goes through my radiator . I looked at the front bumper and it looked super glued. It was super glued. The owner apologized and said the parts were new and didnt know why they kept coming off. Well come to find out the bumper was the wrong size and the owner didnt want to fix it again. So I had to go get a new radiator in my car and couldn't afford to fix my other parts that he supposedly fixed. I called bar they inspected my car and said there were so many things unfinished that should have been fixed before he gave me the car back. Unfortunately he couldn't do anything because I took 3 weeks to call bar. A year later I'm left with a car ready to fall apart because this shop couldn't take the time to fix my car right knowing that the mechanic half a** the work. Here are the pics and the messages. Check your car before getting it back and be careful.

My experience with New image far exceeded my expectations. Les the owner is very laidback. I took my 1989 bmw here because of a minor rear ended, they took care of my car and got it fixed. The service here was trustworthy and professional and the final product was much better than any previous experience with others. I highly recommend new image for any of your auto body repairs!!

I had experienced being rear ended pass Beaumont Avenue in the 10 freeway. After a few weeks finally got the insurances involved to get my car repaired. I did my research and ready what made people happy and not hapPy. Then I had narrowed it 2 two body shops and i read what the reviews and wennt tto viSIt the sites. I was very comfortable with what I saw at new image and Les the owner his attention to detail and helpiNg understand the insurances and what to expect since the accident wasn't my fault. Just good my car baCk today and I am VERY SATISFIED with the workmanship that was put inTo getting my car back on the road. My son had issues with his car aNd he check my sOns Ca are and is in the process of fixing the starter in the 2005 corolla, for a reasonable price.. we will return to New image for any of our car bodywork needed. But for now I hope we Wii's not need him yet . Check out the before and after pictures
