The people are nice. But I was overcharged. The price is told to you at the end but u do have a decision to say no thanks and walk away . The company makes the price not the guy that's helping you so im not mad

Is it normal for the tax prep after filing to keep my paperwork I left with nothing! I was told to come back in a week for my personal information and documentation. Never had this happen before and I’m very scared of my personal info being used in a harmful way I need answers about why I can’t have my w2 all the info I filled with my social I don’t feel comfortable not knowing. Have anyone been here and had this done before? Nice guy other wise but that was not comfortable to here especially when I’m done that’s when I find out I’m not taking my information home.

Cost was not told to me until finished. Not happy with the price and when they tell you the cost.

Very nice man. But, I can't help feeling that I was OVERCHARGED for filing my taxes there tho. Other than that, I'm pleased with them.

Missed my appointment due to snow and ice and tried to reschedule that old miserable worker denied me to reschedule its plenty other services weirdo
