John is an outstanding craftsman , the best jeweler that I have ever went to. Every watch he has quickly repaired at a fair price and always provides understandable explanations of what the problem was and how he fixed it. He is always honest and forthright and gives you tips on how to care for your watch .

I showed up on John’s doorstep with a nearly 100 year old ring that I wanted to see if we could rework into a modern engagement ring. John did that and more— he made a stunning ring that we will cherish for life. The process was efficient and professional. I loved it because it was personalized, I wasn’t just getting a cookie cutter ring from a supplier. I was helping to create a unique and meaningful ring, which I couldn’t have done without John’s expertise. My friends and family keep telling me how great of a job I did and all I think is how great of a job John did. I cannot recommend this business enough, you are in good hands here.

Needed a ring resized. John had it done ahead of schedule and the ring looked even better than when I took it. He even adjusted the finish on the ring in a few minutes while I waited. Great pricing as well. Highly recommend!

After being attacked and bitten by a dog on the hand my ring was bent and damaged (with a crack in the metal) it needed repair and John did a great job reviewing the damage. He fixed and cleaned my ring and adjusted and cleaned a few others that I brought at the same time. All of them look new.He re-etched my father’s handwriting into his ring and did a light polish after something had spilled on it and oxidized the silver. He did exactly what I asked and I’m so happy to have all my rings back ?I added some before photos of my wedding band for reference

John restored my 40 year old watch that was made and purchased in Switzerland. He methodically diagnosed the problem(s), replaced the problem parts and now my watch is as good as new. John was friendly, responsive and very knowledgeable. John knew this watch has sentimental value to me. He treated it like it was his own. Thanks John.

Sooo disappointed after driving 30 minutes to have my jewelry repaired to learn that the owner was not home. The OPEN sign was blinking in the window but when I rang the Ring doorbell he said he would not be back for over an hour. I suggested that he state on his website for folks to call before driving over to be sure he was there. He proceeded to argued with me (over the Ring unit!) that he was open at 10:00 he just had to run out to pick up something. Somehow the fact that he wasn't there didn't seem to register for him and he kept making excuses as to why he was always available (except just this one time). It was ridiculous.
