Just a not to express how wonderful my customer service experience was with Ms. Helene at Forever Flowers and Designs. I didn't want a traditional flower for my brother-in-laws funeral service, so together we decided on a peace lily. The plant was beautiful. I as well as my family were extremely pleased. I guess I should had read the reviews before I purchased. The people in the store were very nice, good service but I was very disappointment with the arrangement I received. I bought a bouquet for a friend's birthday on valentine's day I was so excited to pick them up until I saw the arrangement. It looked nothing like the picture. NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT. Plus, I ordered the premium size, which is the largest, and it was so small. I wonder how small the regular size is. I felt really cheated. I was so upset I almost showed out in the store, but I didn't. NEVER AGAIN. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE.

The experience i received, was the MOST unprofessional i have EVER been treated. The lady who attempted to take my order had a meaness, and Disposition, like i did something wrong to her, she needs to invest into some customer service training, so i thought it might have been me, so i reach out to my brother who's a coordinator and he said i wasn't the only person who experienced her RUDENESS.. It's sad when you want to support your own and they don't appreciate your patronage. ??

I received a Christmas arrangement yesterday containing roses which was supposed to be the same as the one my son in law sent last year which was outstandingly beautiful. This one looks like a kid without experience put it together. The roses are hidden by the uneven sprigs of green so that it appears there are only 2 but there are many more not visible. This is the worst looking thing that I ever saw.

I ordered 2 arrangements for my brother’s funeral, one stand up stray and one flower basket. One order was for a deluxe arrangement which should have included extra flowers. When I got to the funeral I was mortified both arrangements were extremely underwhelming, I was embarrassed. For $279 for 2 arrangements I would have been better off going to Trader Joe’s and buying $30 worth of fresh flowers. The lack of flowers in the arrangements was horrible. Never again …get your flowers from somewhere else.

I ordered 3 arrangements to the same address on February 10th to be sent on February13th(less than a mile).1 came at 9 in the morning, the other at 2pm, then I begun receiving emails from the site that the 3rd arrangement was delivered. Upon receiving the 1st email I called and was met with rudeness, telling me that my flowers were indeed sent. They were not. So after I HAD to convince her with my information and facts she then told me that I should disregard that email saying they've been delivered because they were still on their way. 7:01 pm I received another delivered email I ran to the door of course no flowers. I went and checked neighbors steps and everything, nothing. I called the number back, "too late" for an answer. So my fiancée called the number that called and delivered his flowers (the one's from 9am) to see if it was another company number. Unfortunately it wasn't, but the guy told my fiance that he would tell his boss the issue when he got in at 8:30am. So now it's 10:am on February 14th, the day after my flowers were to be delivered. Nothing here still. No missed calls or emails. So I call back and was told "Oop we do have them when the driver gets back I'll have them sent " I said ok, we hung up but that just upset me more. So to calm me my fiance calls to just check on the time frame, and is immediately met with extreme rudeness. 2 women ended up getting on the phone the 1st 1 was from the 13th who told me it was still coming, and the second one was more mature in tone,but nasty just the same. I had to take the phone from my fiance to inform her that her employee had said some things she obviously didn't have knowledge of ( The customer is ALWAYS right)they lied since yesterday (the 13th) and they lied today (the 14th) 1st saying they had it, saying it was on the truck, let me put you on hold to call the driver, to them personally pulling up and dropping off my now wilted yellow roses (THAT THEY BOTH SAID WAS OUT ON THE "TRUCK") that I'm sure were beautiful and vibrant YESTERDAY, the 13th the day they were supposed to come. It's just bad business asking us "well what do you want me to do?!" When it should have been " Listen, this is what I can do for you ,e.t.c" when you spend a good amount of money (4 arrangements in total to be delivered 3 to the same address 1 to an address in Philadelphia)with a business( a BLACK OWNEDbusiness which I truly wanted to support it's FEBRUARY, OUR MONTH)and they MESS up THEY repair it so that they don't lose that customer =money. It was overall pure ignorance.

I ordered two arrangements for my brothers funeral the Friday before Labor day. One upright DELUXE spray and one PREMIUM basket, basically I spent close to $300.00 for the two. When I got to the funeral and seen the two flower arrangements that Forever Flowers and Designs send.... I was mortified and embarrassed. I have never seen such minimal arrangements in my life. I could have went to the Fruit stand, Farmers market or Trader Joes and spent $30 and had more flowers that what they used. I don't know why they would send out such products to represent their work. This was the first time using them and I will never use them again.

A few weeks ago, I stopped in to purchase a flower arrangement for my mother-in-law who was in the hospital. I told the woman that I wanted to spend about $30-35. In ten minutes or so, I had a bright, beautiful bouquet of flowers in a nice porcelain vase. My mother-in-law loved it and it brightened her hospital room and her spirits. Also, the flowers lasted a good five or six days in great shape. The woman was as friendly as could be. I encourage anyone bring your next order of flowers to her. You will be happy you did.

I brought flowers and headband for my wedding and the flowers were beautiful the service was professional and anything I needed or asked they were there.... I would have not chosen another florist for my day.... They delivered to my venue and was on time even in a blizzard!!! Excellent service !!!
