“We actually got most of our hot wheelz from here during our US trip opposed to the bigger stores like Walmart Target Acme hardly having stock. They had lots, especially new ones l, lots of stuff in the rest of store too. Cashier however didn't say a word to us or even acknowledge us when we walked up and were served, service from others at previous visits was better”

“I like this store. The staff is always so nice, they have lots of interesting things to buy. Their prices are fantastic, it's similar to several other department stores, but their prices are usually much much lower. If you haven't been there, you should definitely take a look, there is absolutely something for everyone.”
“This place is really pricey for it to be an outlet store. There prices is the same as a regular market an has a shorter expiration date that’s the part I don’t get would think it would be cheaper”
“Enjoyed my visit to five below. got some cheap candy for my flight home that was nice because the airports and seems like stores around big cities price gouge. I found 6 Philly shirts to take back to my wife. Beats paying 19.99 so 5.55 a shirt was a definitely a plus.

“Today I scoured all of South Jersey to pick up a Full Size Box Spring Mattress in a store to surprise my four year old daughter with her first “Big girl bed” and your company is the last around that carries product on site.After conveniently finding your inventory online, I walked in and was greeted by an associate near the bedding section and I met your team member Tom.Tom engaged with me as he saw me scanning the inventory, offered assistance in a sincere fashion and proceeded to let me know that my product was available, knew the price off hand and even retrieved the box spring, instructed me to meet him at the register, helped me complete my transaction and wheeled out the product so I could load it onto my vehicle.I must say that Tom was empathetic, outgoing, sincere and highly knowledgeable.I appreciated my exchange and returned home as a hero finding the desired box spring to enable my four year old the freedom to sleep on her brand new bed with the extremely high quality box spring.Your team & availability of product for same day pick up truly helped a father bring a staple and under-appreciated/carried product ( a box spring mattress) to fulfill his Sunday objectives.”

My only reason for giving a 4/5 is because there is always only 1 self checkout register working. There are about 8. & They all seem to be working. However there is always a closed register sigh. It sucks having to wait for one register.”
“It's exactly what it says, everything is $5 or less. Big store with 2 levels, from decorations to cell phone accessories, toys to candy (which is a very big & classic assortment). Great place for holiday and special occasion stuffers. Would recommend at least a stop thru, sure you'd find a few things to grab. Employees are reasonably nice, and usually has multiple cashier's working at one time, so the line moves rather quickly. #moneysaver”

“This is a nice Dollar General/Family Dollar alternative. It's nice and bright inside and has tons of $1 items. They have everything from juice, butter and sometimes even hotdogs all the way to bath items, baby supplies, socks, hoodies, hair supplies and candy. It's always clean and organized and the staff is very international. There aren't too many small businesses left in Philly. When I find a good one, I'd like to support them.”

The selection is wild. The amount of stuff they have for value is amazing. 10/10 would die in the store if allowed.”

Found out if you began to pay for your items and come up short, there's no way to refund your money or remove an item. “It's a new store. They moved from 1 side of the lot 2 the other side. The old DG was 2 small. They couldn't stock up the shelves cause it was way 2many items not enough space. But there new place is Hugh. Self checkout. Nice employees when u c them. Lol lol. I'm happy 4 the female mngr here. She always tryed her hardest to keep up w the old store items. She was short staffed. She was doing 3 ppls jobs at the old store. I know she's grateful 4 the new place. She always listens 2 religious music while working. She never complains either. They have name brand items w/cheap prices. I absolutely LOVE this Dollar General in Lansdowne, Pa. on Union Ave. Off Baltimore Pike. Rite pass Lansdowne post office & The Treatment Center. Good Luck w/the new DG Store & that female mngr!!!”
