Unbelievable! The worker's are so rude and do not even welcome us In yet smile at us or ask If we need help? You call this a business? I wonder why the store Is Empty? Maybe because the Item's are way too overpriced and the worker's are rude. Stop using your local guide's to write fake review's It Is not going to work. Never going back there!

This is probably my favorite consignment shop ever. The clothes are high quality and the owner Janis is kind and accommodating. She has treated me like family since my mom (former client) passed. As long as she is in business, I will make her a part of my 2-hour drive. Definitely worth the trip!

Had an issue at work the girl at the store was super helpful Love this place would recommend anybody who's looking for some higher end used clothing to visit this store!! Beautiful stuff and very very pleasant and helpful employees!!

Unbelievable! As soon as I walked In, the workers did not even say hello, or greeted us. I went to this place and Instantly got kicked out Just for not shopping, I just wanted to look at a few things and next thing I overhear the workers possibly talking about us and later one lady kicks us out. All In all the workers were not polite, It seems like they are only polite to the people who actually buy something.

I've never been ripped off from a consignment store until now. I consigned several items with West Main including a NEW PAIR of Hooka One One Speedboat sneakers. I went back in a few weeks and my sneakers weren't there so I assumed they were sold. I was told "nothing sold yet." I asked about my sneakers and was told "a women took them out running to see if they would work with her bunions." WHAT? No one came in while I was there and what store lets you take unpurchased shoes for a run?? I went back again in 2 weeks and was told nothing sold, even though my sneakers still weren't there. At the end of my consignment, I gathered my remaining items and was given a check for $12.00 because my sneakers sold. They were NEW $140.00 shoes! West main even deducted money to retrieve my remaining items, which I did myself! What a dishonest place. Pretty sure my shoes were sold online for much more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND dealing with this most dishonest business.
