Multiple times I bought items that said they were on sale and they ring up regular price. They usually honor it at the customer service counter but why am I always chasing money? Last week I bought bob Evan’s Mac and despite the date being good, it went sour. Cooked same night it was bought. I live across the street, 5 min drive. Unacceptable. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because there are some very sweet people that work there. Literally every store in the area is better with a better selection, I’m never going here again. Save your time and money.

Went here for discounted tomato plants $5 at the perkasie location. Food is decent for a supermarket.

Today I went to Weis in Lansdale for the first time and requested my club card, the person who helped me was very kind to me and helped me with the process, but everything changed when I started my shopping and a large package of bacon was priceless, so I asked a young man in the meat area and he answered that he didn't know and that he couldn't help me, this seemed very bad to me because he didn't even have the desire to help me.... when I was going to the self check out area and I started scanning my products, 4 of them required someone to show up to help me and no one showed up until I went to look for the manager, another young man who was upset because I had not scanned the price bar, and although I explained what happened and he didn't either He was able to do it, he did not apologize, he hit each product in the place where it is weighed and scanned, he finished doing it and left with a very bad attitude.....I am an older adult and I do not ask to be treated differently to other customers, but that the people in charge have empathy and a true desire for customer service, I think it is appropriate that the management of this supermarket should make an effort to better train its staff. called multiple times. first time i waited 10 minutes on hold and then they proceeded to transfer me and then i got put on hold again. then got hung up on. i then called back SEVERAL times and never got an answer!

U usually try to not go here, because the selection is awful, and the condition of produce is usually even worse.
I ended up heading here to try to find some scallions not available at the first store.
Surprisingly, they were in stock, and not wilted.
