What a nightmare I waited at the window for over 20 minutes They couldn’t get it together I would have been glad to come back if there was an issue but to keep someone waiting that long without any communication is so rude There we’re 7 different cars behind me that waited and left because they were tired of waiting I have never experienced this at any pharmacy in my opinion GO ELSEWHERE

Possibly the nicest staff I've ever come across. Both the pharmacy and front counter. And it's crazy clean. I used to go to the one in Flourtown which was equally clean and kind. I was upset to leave that store behind, but we're so happy with the Kulpsville store. I should also note that the photo lab is very well run. I've gone in there for enlargements and they also work with me to get the best final product. Such a well run store.

This is a great Walgreens. Located not far from the turnpike, it is the closest drug store to it. I have never had a problem here. It is a clean store with friendly staff and they have everything a drugstore would usually have from snacks to dairy, cosmetics, pharmaceutical items, seasonal, you name it!! The only downside is the parking lot spaces aren't too big and it is a bit cramped together in the already small parking lot, and turning out onto Forty Foot Road left or right can be a pain because of the traffic due to the nearby Sumneytown Pike and the aforementioned turnpike. Other than that, this is a drugstore worth checking out!!

I am thoroughly impressed by this particular Walgreens. I have always been greeted by very kind and professional staff, attended to quickly, and have felt as though I matter. Perhaps that sounds silly. What I am trying to convey is the customer service and professionalism of all the staff members: the managers, cashiers, pharmacists, pharmacist technicians is just phenomenal. My prescriptions are always ready within 1 - 2 days, there have never been issues or problems regarding my medication, and the pharmacy staff is always helpful and quick to answer any questions I have. The store is organized well, very clean, and just pleasant to shop in. I am never overwhelmed. I used to shop at CVS. I stopped shopping there and transferred all of my prescriptions to Walgreens. CVS is just too busy and sadly disorganized. I highly recommend Walgreens. A big thanks to all the staff!

This pharmacy staff go above and beyond to take care of their customers! They work proactively to solve any problems even before the customer knows there may be an issue. I can't express how much I appreciate them. And you never see them sweat! They always say, "we'll take care of it," with a smile on their faces. I had to change to CVS last year due to an insurance change. I was miserable the entire time. Any issues were put right back in the customer's s lap. The CVS pharmacist even made me cry! My insurance changed again and now I'm back with Walgreen's.. the place where taking care of the customer is part of the job they love. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
