Justin Kalb was the representative who served me at the Lansdale store on Allentown Road and he was excellent. He identified an issue with my account that I did not know was present and spent at least an hour (probably more) on the phone on my behalf in trying to resolve it. I highly recommend him and thank him for all his help in working to resolve an issue with my account that I was not aware existed.

05/20. I came to this Verizon near my home. Needed a fix or help. Shevy could NOT have been more helpful, nice, patient, kind to an old person (me), and talked me into a lot Fabulous "too good to be true" deal. I'm a happy camper.
O5/30 a second visit for some things an older person (me) is dumb doing! Great help again. I got to see Sean who's been the guy I go to. Great to see him again.
Ending in saying, this Verizon, and the guys, are terrific!!!! Thx.

I am so glad that I came to this store and not a Verizon company store. Sean spent two hours setting up my new phone and my daughter's new phone. The company store just wanted to sell me a phone and I was on my own to set everything up. Sean saved me so much frustration. Thank you so much.

Sean was great!!! Very helpful and problem solving my daughter’s phone and helping us to get her a new one! Also looked on my account and helped us to get better home internet! This is the only Verizon store I will go to!

A good pit stop but had to go to one of the main stores to get a new phone. Apparently this is one of the authorized sellers of verizon but for full services had to go to different location

I came into the Verizon store to replace my android phone with an iPhone and met with Chevy. He was extremely helpful and very patient in helping me make all of the transfers advising me on what was best to do and just helping me through it I would definitely recommend him and think highly of him. Thank you.

Justin was very helpful. Found e mail another company never completed. Helped set up me and my husbands cell phones and got us squared away with my nurse discount with verizon! I recommend anyone who comes to this verizon store to ask for Justin!

Jeremy is the best! Super helpful and patient. I came in with 2 young kids and he was so helpful to me and great with my kids while we were working on my phone. Highly recommend! Superior customer service.

First Thank you to Anthony for being a member of our armed forces.And now Thank you I stopped in to have py phone checked out about texting issues, the store was busy and I asked if it would be better to come back at a later time so he was able to make a sale, Anthony told me he is here for his customers. I WAS BLOWN AWAY.Anthony took the time to contact Verizon and they had to go in threw the backend, sure enough after sometime he had me up and running again. He knew I was worried about having to buy a new phone and understood me.As we started talking and what he was able to make happen, I landed up getting new phones at no cost, and this was with no pressure . Anthony took care of all of our questions and concerns and transfered everything. Spot on as always.This store has always given great customer support ,we never bother with the one on rt 309, your a number there.THANK YOU AGAINBob

Working with Steve was a breeze! He is very knowledgeable, tremendously patient + a true professional. Upgrading + transferring everything could not have gone more smoothly. I am very thankful for the time he took to make sure everything was working perfectly before I left the store, + the follow up call to ensure the new phone was running smoothly.
