“I called for an oil change at 5:30pm (on a Friday) and they close at 7. The guy who answered was very nice and said he would do it if I came right there. I got there after 6 and he still happily took the car. It was done in about 15 mins, and he gave me a coupon I didn't know about. The only hesitation I have about any of it is that the paperwork states that they did a routine tire rotation and I don't know how they possibly could have in such a short time. Regardless, I was in and out in no time and the workers were friendly.”
“My experience was super. I was at the store as a result of having a flat tire in front of the store. Everybody was incredibly helpful, and caring attempting to help with a very difficult situation. In my case I had a BMW it's did not have the necessary wheel locks to fix a flat that I needed attended to, and they still did their best to help.
