Extremely happy with the workmanship. I knew nothing about what I really wanted or what the process would entail when I walked in, but Joe took the time to walk me through it-- offering options and providing advice. Ultimately, I had four professional certificates framed at The Mitre Box and I am very pleased with how they turned out. I will definitely go back the next time I need something professionally framed.

Joe is absolutely outstanding! He takes such time and care with his clients. We have had 2 pieces custom framed by Joe. One was a gift and one hangs in out family room. For each piece he took over an hour with me to find just the right look and feel for each piece. The work he does and the customer service he provides are beyond compare!

Just had a picture framed here. The guy was super nice and helpful and helped us pick out everything, from the frame thickness to the frame color, from the type of glass we used to the type of pattern on the frame. He thoroughly explained the best way and style to frame it and did so at half the price of other stores in the area ($94 as opposed to $200)

Just picked-up my print from The Mitre Box and what a satisfying experience!! Joe thoroughly explained what he was going to do and performed the work flawlessly!! He even had it displayed in the Gallery which I felt honored!! I can not be more satisfied with the work and the VERY fair price that he charged!! Well within my budget!! My print was hung ,Proudly. above my sofa within 20 minutes of receiving my print. If you need ANYTHING to do with framing, go to the Mitre Box!! There is NO need to go elsewhere, This I promise you!! Thank you Joe for your expertise and the beautiful, professional work you have done!!!

I needed a piece of glass replaced in a frame, attention to detail was excellent, Joe went above and beyond to clean and reassemble the matching frame as well, a nice clean job, really good work. I am very happy, I would heartily recomend Mitre Box
