Table Tek did a nice job for us. We bought our neighbor's billiard table as they were moving and wanted it moved to our basement. The move went smoothly and we love our new table. We called other vendors and they told us the could do it a few months which did not work for us. Thank you Table Tek.

Rob was great to work with. He was very communicative over emails with me while I was trying to acquire a table for him to install in my house. Once I had the table, Rob was prompt and had the table setup in no time. He was also very honest and told me that my cloth was reusable, rather than just forcing me to buy new cloth from him. I would absolutely recommend Rob and Table-Tek to anyone looking for pool table services and I plan to use him going forward.

Table Tek was one of the least professional experiences I have ever dealt with in dealing with a vendor. They no call no showed multiple times(until day of) and had a myriad of excuses. After 3 months of scheduling conflicts they finally showed up to move the table and claimed the table was too large to move. Pictures had been exchanged and the entire time we had been clear about the table being 9 foot. Rob the technician was totally unprofessional and complained about how busy he was multiple times like it was the customers fault he had to work. Very bad experience stay away at all costs.

Worst experience ever. After bailing 3 times without warning claiming they were too busy but did not communicate they finally got to the house 3 months later and said the table was too big to move. This is after exchanging pictures. Rob the technician was a total j*** through the entire process. Avoid at all costs.

Robert (owner) is a stand up guy and addressed all concerns immediately. Eddie and Chris transported an old one piece slate table for me without error. New felt installed and it looks great.

Rob is truly phenomenal!!! Not only do they CRUSH the competition in pricing by a HUGE margin but what truly sets Rob and Table Tek apart is their service. From my first conversation over the phone with Rob over the phone I knew he was the one My wife and I should go with to put together our pool table. Rob took the time to walk me through the process and answer my many questions and provided honest and detailed information on what felt is best for residential use etc... On the day of installation Rob and Mark came in and did phenomenal work putting together our table. They took great care and attention to detail removing what must have been well over a 100 staples of the table to put on the new felt and ensure it was done properly. Further, both Rob and Mark were super friendly and easy going while not only interacting with my wife and myself but also our 100lbs. German Shepard while they worked.Thank you guys so very much !!! we love our new pool table !!!!

Rob Kay showed up, looked at the table and said that no, he was not going to move it and he was passing on the job after being two hours late. He knew all of the details of the move but came ill-prepared, late and decided that he wasn't going to do anything. I only went to him because he was recommended by Royal Billiards who is pleasant to do business with, and I knew him from APA for 15+ years. No apology or anything. I'm so disappointed in the way that this was handled.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from the gentlemen at Table Tek. Communication was quick and easy. I needed some repairs and new cloth for a "new to me" table and they were very accommodating and gave me the best price by far, and I contacted every reputable shop in the area. Couldn't give a higher recommendation.

Rob is very knowledgeable and helped me by offering great advice before I purchased a used table from Marketplace. His price was very reasonable to pick up, disassemble the table, transport to my house, put back together and refelt. He was quick too. I highly recommend.
