“Extra Space Storage at 1198 Belvoir Rd in Plymouth Meeting, PA goes the extra mile. Special shout out to Tim in the front office for always going above and beyond. My kids go to Villanova and we can’t always be there for move in and move out. Tim has always made sure they were well taken care of and helped them through a few obstacles. We had used other Extra Storage locations in the past, but this one is by far the best. It’s an extra 10 min drive but well worth it. Storage spaces are very clean. Access is super easy - no stairs and carts always available! Tim in the front office goes out of his way to help however he can. Highly recommended and will keep going back. A+”
“We just rented our second unit at this facility. It’s clean, fairly new and the management is very responsive. We worked with Darla, who is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You’ll find the best pricing on the location specific website. We were able to prepay for a predetermined amount of time at the advertised rate. Be sure to understand how soon the rate increases occur when signing the contract.”
“We rented a storage unit at Extra Space Storage last week. We are so impressed with the new, fresh & clean smelling building that houses your storage units. It looks like a new apartment building from the outside. When we had difficulty placing the lock insert Samantha came right up and quickly instructed us. She was so gracious about helping us. It is going to be a great place to store our extras and for a reasonable price, too. Thank you for a good beginning and good security in a fenced in and secure area to unload our belongings!”

***UPDATED - I received a call from the manager, and a pro-rate refund will be applied. My son confirmed that from day 1, the staff at this location has been kind and helpful on each visit he had to make to the storage unit. If need be, he will use this location next summer. “I have been at public storage for over a year. An awesome employee name Cheyenne, who is their mostly , has taken care of any issue of mine with care , professionalism and respect. I may have not been there so long if I haven't felt like i am cared about as a customer. And can work through any issue with Cheyenne. Naya has also been really great. Public storage is very lucky to have an employee like cheyenne on the front line. And public storage is customers are lucky as well. Thank you!”
“Prices are comparable to other local storage facilities. They had a great promotional deal with a discounted rate for the 1st three months. The 1st month included some extra charges that were only due at the start of the contract. Love that it doesn't close until 10pm. My only complaint is that I haven't been able to find a dumpster or any trash receptacles. You need to hold onto your garbage and throw it away after you leave. However, I haven't seen any trash and the facilities are very clean.”
