Nice people, employees great. But as far as a rite aid for the last 6 months they have not had like 1/4 of their inventory. The shelves are bear like a bodega in Philly. Pharmacy wise I'm sure they are good. But personal stuff like bath stuff. Home stuff , razors, paper towels hair die condemnents and like everything isn't there. It seems they will be closing soon, manager says wearhouse issu3s but I could have gotten the items from the moon by now. Dint waste your time. I wish it was a different store like cvs Walgreens because it's near my home. I go there every time they dint have what I need

I went to this location to their pharmacy department to receive medical treatment. While I was there, there was a pharmacy worker who kept saying who is wearing perfume. When the pharmacy worker got close to me, he then realized that I was the one who had a fragrance on.
The pharmacy worker then says to me, "oh, you're the one who has the fragrance on, what is the name of parfum do you have on" I took offense to this because, I am a man, and I wear cologne, not parfum. Parfum is what women wear, not men.
I had to let this pharmacy worker know that I am not wearing parfum, I am wearing cologne. I also asked him, why would you think a man like me would wear parfum.
The pharmacy worker, acted like I was making a big deal out of nothing. However, if it were the other way around, and I said he smelled like "Curry and hot sausages" then he would have got offended as well.
I recommend that the workers in this Rite Aid location should be more mindful of what they say and how they say it to customers, because although they may not think what they are saying is offensive, it may come off that way to the customer.

Love Riteaid... best customer service and the store is always stocked. Employees are so nice and helpful. It's very clean and lines are always fast when checking out.

There was a pharmacist's young female, very rude and disrespectful. I got a phone call about my prescription so I came through the drive-thru with my children. I took a call after she got my baby's date of birth that she said oh I was trying to get your attention. I said I apologize. I was on an important phone call. She said they don't have the prescription come tomorrow so I was going to drive off. She was like you have to move and not hold up the drive-thru. There was no one even behind me and it wasn't even 20 seconds. After she said tomorrow I thought that was very rude and disrespectful. Customer service is 90% important. I don't like being treated rudely

I continue to have a great experience with the all employees and Pharmacy at this location. The Pharmacists & their assistants are Rockstars and are extremely knowledgeable and friendly with any questions that I may have with every single visit. Keep up the great work!! Thank you. Mark Oscar

I was at rite aid on b broad st. In lansdale.. one of the best pharmacy in our area.. the service was fantastic. I reecived my prescriptions and got 2 vaccines in what seemed like no time. The pharmacist put me totally at ease . And made it such a pleasant experience.

As far as pharmacy goes...they have all been extremely helpful and nice. I just came to them from a diff location that was very judgemental and rude so it's been very refreshing.

Hours for the pharmacy is until 9:00 pm on the door outside and on all web searches. The pharmacy closes at 8:00 pm for anyone who is wondering. Please update your information. Also, they are extremely understaffed unfortunately.
