Excellent experience! Dropped off a Switch which needed a new USB port. Eric was upfront about the cost. Switch was ready to be picked up 4 days later! Highly recommend to anyone looking for local tech repair.

EASY 5 STARS. OK I've got this custom ps5 controller that looks nothing like the factory OEM version under the shell. Red Tree offered to fix when literally NO other repair shops would even look at it. 5 Stars. i'm moving the bethlehem, PA and I'll still take my controllers to red tree to repair. THANK YOU GUYS
