I had a terrible experience with North Penn Gulf/North Penn Auto Service. I explicitly asked to be notified before any work was done on my car, but they completely ignored my request. When I spoke with them on the phone they let me know they were going to only do an oil change, but not trace any wires for the other issue I was having as it would take hours to do. When I called picked up my car, they told me they spent four hours diagnosing my car without my consent and then charged me $400 for it. It's disappointing and unacceptable to be treated this way as a customer. I would strongly advise against using their services.

Easy to make an appointment. I dropped the car off in the evening prior to the appointment and received a call the next day to pick up the car . There were no issues to be resolved. I’ve been working with John for close to 35 years.

North Penn Auto Service came to the rescue recently helping me with a replacement battery. It was a Sunday and I needed a Group 85 Interstate battery. While most of the area shops were closed, North Penn was open, knowledgeable, and had exactly what I needed in stock at a competitive price. They will be at top of mind for my future parts and service needs. Thank you!

Awesome service. My F-150 needed a lot of work (which I knew when I bought it). After diagnosis it took a week to obtain the parts (they’re at the mercy of suppliers) and they performed 5k worth of work in a timely manner. The truck rides much better and doesn’t leak. They are busy for a reason. They even washed it when done. John the service manager truly cares about customers and was willing to call me after his schedule was over. Highly recommend.

I purchased a new battery fir my corvette from here snd I stalled it myself with this business taking the old one. After installing it I found my radio snd clock were not working. I suspected a fuse but since there are several places to look, I stopped by this business to talk to the owner. He listened then also suspected a fuse somewhere snd d heckled time for me to bring it in fir them search it out and fix. The day I brought it in the staff:technicians were friendly, aware and took the vehicle. Within a couple of hours they called the car was ready. I went to pick it up and despite being extremely busy, the staff here again was friendly helpful and quickly got me checked out to leave. I am fussy when it comes yo where my corvette is serviced but I have total confidence in this business. I have used them often over the many years they have been at this location and co ti ur yo find them friendly, knowledgeable and fairly priced. The owner and his team are all customer service minded. A pleasure to do business with. And yes it did turn out to be a fuse and no other issue.Service: Electrical

NP Gulf is the Best Service station in the North Penn area. My Mom's 20 year old VW has been serviced there for years and still runs like new after latest service.

Fixed my flat tire that was damaged by a screw. Quick service and a good price. Steve fixed the tire and put the tire on the car in the rain, and put the donut away in the trunk. Great service.JoeMCSSL

Plymouth Cuda Suspension IssuesMy Plymouth Cuda is a high performance vehicle. New front and rear suspension had been installed and I was having some issues with it. The shop gave it a complete front to back checkup. They identified and fixed several problems. Car is handling way better now. Shout out to Paul who worked on the car. He is an excellent technician.
