Originally, I was going to let this go. The service itself was quick and they patched a screw in my tire in less than 30 minutes when I drove in without an appointment. However, they overcharged me for this. They charged me $42 dollars. When I asked my dad and fiance, they both told me I got scammed. They have had local dealers fix that type of damage for $25. I was going to let it go, but then today I noticed the hub cap fell off because they didn’t fit that back on securely. For $42 if you are going to overcharge that better be damn good service. I am really disappointed.

My family and I have all been bringing our cars to Murray’s for years - they have the best prices for tires! I found myself with a flat tire on Saturday morning, and they were able to fit me right in to have it replaced. My car was finished in less than 45 minutes, which I appreciated, as I was hosting a surprise party that evening and needed my car back up and running ASAP. Thank you Murray’s!

I started going to Murray’s when I moved here a few years ago. My uncle referred me. Since then, Mike has truly taken care of me and my husband’s vehicles. I personally have not had the best luck with my not-so-new SUV and have been a frequent customer at Murray’s most recently. Every time I call them, I’m usually frantic and nervous about what could be wrong with my car, but they are super helpful and accommodating with whatever needs to be completed. Murray’s has excellent customer service and continues to help me out whenever I need it. I am so thankful to have such a reliable mechanic!
