Matt at Monro Auto Service helped me resolve an issue from the poor service I received at Mr. Tire in Lansdale. He properly had the issue diagnosed and fixed without charge. I am so grateful for this. It’s difficult to trust people working on your car. After my initial poor experience at Mr. Tire, Matt proved that people are good and want to do right by you.

I’ve been here on multiple occasions for tire service, battery, and inspection, and have had a great experience every time. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

José is excellent! He was very hospitable, kind, and efficient, especially with the resources he had. Although he was running the shop by himself (I am a frequent customer), one would’ve have thought that there were at least two more people working there at the time. Everything ran smoothly and José got myself and another customer out in a timely fashion, while courteously attending phone calls. Give this man a raise OR help! He totally deserves it!!! Thank you José for your hard work, dedication, and wonderful customer service! :)

I made an online appointment today to have my car looked at for my check engine light coming on. I showed up for my appointment to be told they couldn't help me until "maybe Saturday". Then when he saw my appointment, he said their system put it in as an oil change. What's the purpose of the online appointments?It seemed like the guy just didn't feel like dealing with it. Very bad business.

The normal guy I see when I go to Monro wasn’t there and he’s really the only reason I trust this place because he’s an honest man and I can tell he cares and expects good work to be done. I think he underwent a medical procedure and was taking some time off. Unfortunately the 2 guys left were not thorough at all. My car is 4 months old so I wasn’t expecting anything to be abnormal so I came in for a standard oil change. But the ONE THING I specifically asked for apart from the obvious oil change was my wiper fluid to be replaced because it was empty. His response was, oh yeah of course we do that anyway. That’s apart of the standard check. Reassured, I left and he told me to be back in 3 hours. When I arrived, not only was the car still an hour away from being finished, I didn’t even receive a courtesy call that things were delayed so that was annoying. The car was finished and the bill wasn’t that outrageous so I paid it. It snows the next day and the salt on the road is of course caked on the car. I go to use my wiper fluid and…nothing. Still empty. Seriously? When the sun came out the glare from the smeared salt on my windshield was blindingly dangerous and I had zero way to fix it. I literally threw a water bottle on the windshield of my car just to try to get some of the glare off. So if something as simple and standard as windshield wiper fluid, even after asking for it to be refilled, wasn’t done, what else wasn’t cared for? What else did they shirk on? I was pretty bummed out that my go-to place for several years now isn’t being run like it used to when the other guy was around. I don’t think I’ll return now unless he’s there holding these guys to a higher standard.

I took my Jeep to this facility for an oil change, tire rotation and balancing. I can not speak highly enough for the customer service, quality of work and the sheer customer service that was given. They went above and beyond what was asked and included me by showing and explaining what they were doing. I have NOT had such a good personal interact with other places. They truly care about you, your vehicle and the over needs. THANK YOU for doing what you do.
