Terrible experience boarding our dogs for a long weekend. Overcharged for nothing more than letting them be cooped up in a crate. Paid for “me time†that can't be justified as being delivered considering they used the bathroom in the car upon being picked-up, a clear indication they had not even been let out at all that morning. Both dogs have contracted kennel cough from previous stays, which they are vaccinated for, and more recently a bacterial infection, of which vet bills have yet to be reimbursed for. Not to mention the feces odor that permeates from their fur. Tried reaching out to their office staff first for assistance but they simply brushed us off and wrongfully accused us of merely looking for a “discountâ€. Offered no explanation and inexcusably refuse to own up to their lack of customer service.

We have used Molly's Run for over 20 years for all of our dogs. The best part is that we know the staff as many of them have been there for years. We started with Bob and Val and now Anne and John know our Springer Spaniel "Sam" as well as we do! Our grown children now travel in from Philly to Board their Golden Doodle. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Currently using Molly's for doggie daycare and boarding. My dog LOVES coming to Molly's and loves the staff. They really know dogs and truly care about the dogs. I highly recommend Molly's !

Only take your dog to their training classes if it does not need training! The gal running our class was unprepared and over her head with the class we were in. They need to screen the dogs to put them in appropriate classes, especially according to age and behavior problems.
