“We've been using this Verizon franchise location for probably close to 10 plus years and have always had a positive experience. Our most recent was with a long-time rep, Victor, who is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and is able to multitasking with multiple customers, support his team and still make us feel like we are important at the same time. He knows the plans, offers from memory and how to work around any hurdles that may arise. He is also friendly and honest. He appears to be an awesome manager and sales representative, treats his team with respect, in my observation. Highly recomme d this location for your Verizon needs”

“It’s hard to believe that this could happen leaving a Verizon store, but the above-and-beyond service I got for more than a 90 minute tricky problem had me leaving feeling I was royalty—or at least had 2 personal assistants working diligently on my behalf.
Possibly because their fraud department was protecting me from identity theft, my desire to reactivate a former line required internal security clearance second only to the CIA.
Jake, leading the way with intelligent support from Mike, figured out a peculiar glitch and stayed with me every minute of the way through a series of well-intentioned but arduous steps requiring repititious validations and obstacles taking—seriously—over 90 minutes. Jake stayed focused and non-exasperated with the security people even when we had to repeat tests…and like a good coach, sent me encouraging glances when my own patience wavered. Mike showed a lot of common sense and real involvement with the mission.
I give these guys the highest marks in seriousness of purpose AND empathy. What could have been a nightmare became a warm collaboration.”

“First time in this store as I had moved since my last trip. I worked with Jazmyne and it could not have gone smoother. I was instantly greeted and sat down. We went over every option and she had an immediate answer for every question I had. Came in with a shattered iPhone X and left with an iPhone 15 pro max 20 min later. We actually spoke about her moving to another state soon so she made sure to give me the info for her coworkers in case I had any issues. Easy 5 stars.”

“I decided to change my tv service from DIRECTV satellite to streaming. I was working closely with Alyssa, the store Manager, to have this switched over. I had many questions regarding the new package and Alyssa was very attentive in answering all of them. Overall the service was great and I certainly recommend her and the store.”

“Probably the best retail customer service I ever had. I went there to switch carriers and Alyssa who I believe is the store manager was friggin awesome. She was so friendly and patient and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me out and I was extremely impressed with her. She needs a raise her own store or something. It’s rare to find these days so I hope att&t realizes what they have with her and I will always go to her store as long as she’s there. I also left with a great plan and new devices with better service than I had with my previous carrier so it’s a win all around”

He identified an issue with my account that I did not know was present and spent at least an hour (probably more) on the phone on my behalf in trying to resolve it. I highly recommend him and thank him for all his help in working to resolve an issue with my account that I was not aware existed.”
