Are these new owners? first time I rode through in my own car. No vacuum service nothing inside whatsoever. Horrible service All the way around. Used to be fantastic with awesome customer service and very detail oriented. Will not be returning.

Used to be my go to car wash, but after this, I will like not go back. Put all of my quarters into the machine, just for it to not work. The time continued to tick down, but the water hose would not work at all. Very disappointing.

Hours say open until 6PM. Pulled up at 4PM on Tuesday, July 23rd, 2024 and everything was shout down. I am a monthly member and this is now the 6th time in the last year that I have showed up during normal business hours and they were closed. What is the reason Magic Shine Car Wash?

So my wand in bay number 3 shut off 50% of the time I bring them over he sees it off with time remaining acts like he doesn't speak English what a rip off

Beware of the scam. It used to be a good car wash, especially if you want mats to be washed. Today, I went for a car wash and paid 31$ for full service. When I came back home, I realized they didn't wash my car. Only mats were washed. Looks like they turned off a few machines, since for full service, I handed over my car to the attendant. I went back and told that person that my car wasn't washed, there was dirt all over and not a single drop of water over the car. I suspected that may the machine had some issue, but that person started yelling and told me not to tell me how to run my machines. I asked for the manager or owner, and he said I'm the manager and owner isn't here. He was very abusive and misbehaved, so I took my money back.
They just washed mats and put some shine on tires, not even vaccum the seats, which is included in the full service. Car body was not washed either.
So beware of this scam, especially if you chose full service as you handed over the car to them and not inside the car during the wash process. Looks like they intentionally stopped some machines. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.
I went to Pete's car wash just after that, and with a cheaper service, my car was washed and cleaned, I also got free vaccum service.

Terrible customer service and equipment. I went into the self-serve station, and there was no soap in the high-pressure wash, and the brushes were terrible, to the point I wouldn’t put them on my vehicle. I also had a very difficult time trying to find someone to complain to.

The absolute worst car wash around. Save your time and money and go anywhere else as fast as you can. Just left after spending over $30 for a wash and vacuum plus a $5 tip. The outside looked fine, but not worth $30 to run it through a machine. But the worst part is the interior, which is the main reason I pay to get my car cleaned. It looks like they didn’t even touch the inside! Maybe 6 seconds of vacuuming and then they rush you out. The inside looks horrible! Left the car wash and had to immediately go to another to finish the job Magic Shine couldn’t accomplish for $40. Absolute waste of money.

Got my car cleaned and they did a great job AS USUAL. And had Moosi and Nick repair two cracks on my windshield in less than 5 mins.

I come here all the time and been given great service, and when I brought my car recently I was approached by a nice gentleman, nick spotted a crack on my windshield and told me how I can get it fixed. Everyone was very helpful and I recommended coming here to a quick a clean wash

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH! I went this afternoon and purchased the full detail ($29.99 option) and noticed my LED screen had three scratches afterwards. See attached picture. Spoke to the owner and he didn’t take responsibility for it and did not offer any action or compensation other than offering free car washes. Like I will be going here again. LOL. I now read over some other reviews and notice other folks had scratches as well and how poorly managed this car wash is. I should have read the reviews prior to going here. Learn from my mistake and do not go here!

Message for owner Steve: I was not expecting this however If I had an option for zero star, I would have given that. The manager Denis is a liar. Just recently during car wash, the team broke my side mirror. At this incident Denis stated that I go ahead and have it repaired and submit receipt for reimbursement . It was repaired by myself and then had provided Denis with receipt for reimbursement. So far no response despite going there multiple times in person; each time lame excuses that owner Steve has not responded. It has been two weeks already with multiple attempts and no response. They are liars; Denis is a liar. I plan to go through legal route now due to their negligence
Stay away from them; unfair practices and unprofessional!

Place is a joke I went there to wash my truck on a rainy day change machine dosnt work I go inside and ask for change they say it takes dollars so they give me 10 ones I go all the way back out and it dosnt work so again walk all the way around and go in and I get treated like iam bothering them while they are all sitting doing nothing if I treated my customers like that I wouldn’t have any I would use another place
